Phoenix Surf + Updates... Again!

Here’s some support updates from PhoenixSurf:

“Hello Members,

We just wanted to remind you few things so we do not have to see duplicate questions asked in our support system.

1. Allocating credits and Credit Per Hour (CPH) - These two are different and here’s how it works. Let’s say you have earned 140 account credits, and you like to use these credits to put your website in rotation. You could just allocate 140 and it will get used up in matter of 5 minutes, but if you would like to conserve your credits, you may use the CPH option. CPH will let you set the credits you like to use per hour so you are using your credits wisely. So if you set to use 20 CPH, then your 140 credits will last for 7 hours, because it will only use up 20 CPH.

To set this up in your account:
Click ‘edit’ next to your Account credits on your main members’ page to allocate your credits.
You can set CPH by clicking ‘edit’ by your Site Details and typing in desired number in ‘Credits to use per hour’

2. Please DO NOT use your Phoenixsurf referral link as your website. It is not necessary since our members are already in Phoenixsurf and it is pointless for them to view Phoenixsurf referral link. If you do not have any other websites, you may put www.nmeglobal.com (New Millenium Entrepreneurs) as your site. Please try to put down something other than Phoenixsurf.com

3. For those of you who submitted tickets, our team is trying our best to work through each ticket and answer them in timely manner. We are sorry for much delayed response and service for some of you. Those of you that are having site credits problems, we are aware of the problems our members are having and our programmers are trying our best to fix this problem.
For missing surfing credits, we cannot credit you for missing surf credits unless we had server downtime, ’surf holiday’ or any other mistake we made on our side. Please make sure to surf early everyday so time will not be a reason that you missed surf credits.
Any other missing upgrades/payment issues, please be sure to include you name, member ID #, and E-gold account number and we will resolve the problem if the mistake is made by us. Lastly for those of you who have been overpaid, please simply return the overpaid amount to E-gold account # 2897437 and we greatly appreciate your honesty. And of course we will contact you within timely manner if it has not been taken care of.

Lastly, I would like to thank each one of your for continuous support and me and my team will try our best to resolve everybody’s problems.

Naoki,
Phoenixsurf Support Leader”

I like how they tell people to NOT put their ref page in their advertising rotation. Duh! Not much else to say really, just keepin’ y’all informed.
