Wired Surf Payouts

Well, it looks like WiredSurf has completed all outstanding payouts but a few members haven’t changed their payout settings from EMO yet. Go log into your WiredSurf account and make sure you have the correct details! Wouldn’t want your moolah sitting around doing nothing now would you?

We have completed all payments except for those that have no information within their pay preference area, or who have incorrect information.

If you are due for a payment and have not received it, please do the following:

1) Check your email for a ticket from our accounting division as we individually emailed every member (multiple times) who had incorrect information.

2) Create a ticket at our help desk (www.surfingwire.com/support.php) and include your Wired Surf username and e-gold account number so we can get this payment out to you right away.

As for everyone else, even those that have been paid, please do the following to ensure that your payment is always on time.

1) Log into your Wired Surf members area

2) Click on “My Account” and within that area, check to make sure your e-gold number is visible.

Note: We need your actual e-gold account number. Some people have entered e-gold usernames or account names, and this prevents us from sending payment. We need your actual e-gold account number itself.

We like to keep payments up to date, and try to issue payments within 12-24 hours, despite the fact our website does indicate payment within seven business days. We know that you are excited about our program and we want to give you the best experience that we can.

We also would like your feedback regarding EMO’s website being down, removal of EMO from our website and other aspects of our program. Please take a few minutes this weekend to drop by our message board at www.surfingwire.com/forum to give us your feedback and share your thoughts with us.
