Things are great here at Phoenixsurf.com! We have noticed certain things and would like to make one great addition to our forums in particular:

The Phoenixsurf forum is one of the most active and well-monitored forums in the industry. Someone looking at our forum for the first time would see a place full of information, questions, and yes, occasionally negativity and doubt. We respect the opinions all of our members; however, at this point it should be common knowledge that PS will always work to fix any problem that may occur; whether they be account activation issues, cash balance discrepancies, or erroneous payments.

Now, we are extremely interested to hear about the success stories of our members. Because of this, we have established a section in our forum titled "Success Stories". Please take the time to tell us how PS and NME have helped change your life for the better. We will be selecting the stories that touch us the most and, with the permission of the owners, showcasing these stories at our conference in May. Often we can get so bogged down in the everyday operation of the site, or worry about this cash out or that fast track, we can lose sight of the reason why NME exists in the first place. We are here to change lives and we want to hear your stories, all of them.

In closing, let us take the time to maintain our focus on what is truly important. Many people have been helped and there are many more out there that need the assistance that NME and our membership base will be able to provide.

Well, there's a positive bit of member hunting there from Phoenix Surf.

What I would much prefer to hear is "...oh, you know all that debit card stuff? Never fear lads and ladettes, it was somewhat a bad dream and straight up pure ye olde E-Gold will still be an option, but you can get the debit card if you want."

Don't see it happening though.
