Creative Concept is in the 'Scam & Closed Programs' folder at MMG.
Yet it's still paying everyone from what I can tell.
Apparently it had to do with fake voters, so it got moved. Sign O' The Times, or has she got a lot of life in her yet? (Just celebrated 100 days and programs like this are known to go 200 - 300 days and beyond. Just a matter of luck.)
To celebrate luck, I'm thinking about putting in another small spend... :)
