Riskier Investments - Higher Returns

UPDATE II - It turns out that maybe Domain names are still big business - I posted this article of mine over on NoBS Hyip Blog as well in the past few hours and someone left a comment leading to this article Business 2.0 - Masters Of Their Domain. Well, that proves that the investment vehicles that PrivateOpps purports to invest in are still viable - the question is, are they actually investing in them?

UPDATE - As of now I just received an email from Private Opps explaining they are under a DDOS attack. Their communications are always quick and helpful, and so far I have never felt left in the dark. I feel confident they will overcome this quickly, as they have faced similar attacks in the past - also, for me the site is still working! Whether or not this is legitimate or a ponzi, it is definitely well designed, and at this point in time, well run. *thumbs up for communication at least*

Today I'm going to look at Fast Market and Private Opps.

I would class these HYIPs as somewhere between high and low risk.

For me, I have taken a gamble on them besides my usual low risk options for investment
because I was intrigued by both their track records, and different methods of approach.

Something that stood out for me was that neither site is based on a template or existing
investment design.

Instead, Private Opps has its own custom site and script, that is actually quite neat and pretty (as if some effort went into it) and it purports to invest your funds into different no/low-risk clubs, with differing interest rates and different entry rates.

Fast Market has a spiffo Flash Presentation to open the site and has been around for months now. Obviously some effort went into its creation as well. The site itself appears to based on their own custom, complicated script as I have not seen it elsewhere either. There are different methods of compounding, and it genereates unique referral tags, etc.

Fast Market have been for a long time offering a $50 free bonus, that you must now add $50 of your own money to to match and be able to withdraw from.

This is what first interested me in these two sites - their unique style and the fact that someone obviously went to the effort to create them.

Professionals, or professional scammers?

At the moment, Private Opps is paying after the maturity periods (after which you get principal + interest) and you can choose to let your funds grow even longer. I haven't heard of any purported problems yet and it has been smooth sailing for me. The interest rates vary roughly between 0.5% a day and 1.4% a day (most interest rates for the clubs are variable.)

There has been minor DD conducted on Private Opps, with no educated parties really coming to a conclusion either way. A lot of the elements of the program look promising, but then again a plan "Domains" offers a fixed interest rate... since when is the selling of domain names still big business? *scratches head.*

For me it still represents a good bet - if it's the real deal I'll be smiling all the way to the bank, and if it is a scam, well, the well-designed scams tend to last a while longer. I'm holding out for my latest maturities and am keeping an eye on any DD.

It's been going strong for a few months now.

Recommendation? For a medium risk HYIP with good returns - quite good at the moment. It's
no Feederfund, but if you have a spare $100 to buy the minimum number of units and feel like taking a slightly more adventurous 'investment' route it could be the way to go. Just remember to have a solid investment base before you take a punt on riskier HYIPs.

I'd choose it over 65/75/xx/daily anyday, that's for sure. (Except for 12DailyPro though, they're the bomb!)

Fastmarket offers interest rates between 0.5% a day all the way up to 3.2% based on how much you invest. I have taken a bet on this program since the free $50 was available and so far have been happy.

However, there are more red flags raised about this program at the moment then there are Private Opps (i.e. nothing really at the moment.)

Uncommunicative support, refusal to cooperate with DDers (those who have tried have been given the run around) and lately probelms with withdrawals - which they are apparently trying to fix now according to their forum. (E-gold had a script glitch, then was disabled due to a shortfall of E-gold and all investors had to withdraw via wire transfer...)

Despite that, I've always had no problems withdrawing with E-Gold from them.

On a side note, a forum can often be a good sign, or used to instill a sense of fake security.

Despite Fastmarket's problems I still place them in my medium risk category of HYIPs... I feel strangely safe with them but know they are most likely not a real opportunity.

It will be interesting to see whether they fix their withdrawal problem in the coming weeks or go the way of the dinosaur. As of now, they have been going strong for quite a few months.

There has been a whole back and forth saga with their DD over on places like Hyip Discussion. They provided trade documents to verify but then people complained there wasn't enough money in their trading accounts. Fastmarket responded that it was just a new smaller account used as an example.

Besides a forum they also have a chatroom and have updates from their trader/s with an overview of what trades he made during the month. Reportedly, (once again from forums such as Hyip Discussion) there are investors with investments upwards of $50,000 who are happily receiving payments... Apparently also these large investors are allowed to see trade records/reports. I wouldn't exactly go pigeonholing this in the same secure league as MPDW though!

Recommendation? If you're not in yet, and are serious about your online investing, I would wait a while... If you've got lots of spare cash, are a gambler and feel like a $10 - $50
punt? Might be worth your while. Keep an eye on them though.
