12 Daily Pro And Two Daily Updates

Because I’m lazy, here once again are some nice copy and pastes of the latest two articles from the horses mouth of 12 Daily Pro -

“2005 Earnings Statements will be available for members to download from within their member areas by Tuesday, January 22. The statements will be in a PDF format and you will be able to print them. These statements will detail all surf and commission earnings by month and a totals for the year. They will NOT list upgrade purchases or amounts, only monies earned.

Reminder… It is the members’ responsibility to report and pay any and all tax requirements in your national, state or local jurisdiction. If you are unsure of what these are, we recommend that members discuss any tax-related questions with a tax professional in member’s jurisdiction.”

“Following are a few updates on some important site happenings and issues. Please take the time to read through them.

:: Payment Processor Transition
We thank you all for your patience as we settle into our new payment processor. Things are progressing well and the management team at EMO Corporation has been very helpful in helping to insure a smooth transition for us and for our members.

:: Suspended Refunds
Last week we discovered a few discrepancies in our suspended member refund process. It seems there were a few members suspended in December’s system audit that did not receive a refund nor an email explaining why they didn’t qualify for one. 12dp staff worked hard this past week to identity those members and any outstanding refunds will be paid this week.

:: Missing Upgrades from Jan 5 & 6
As you may recall, the site experienced a couple of days of downtime on January 5-6 due to server and software upgrades. There were a number of missing upgrades from these days. We have finally completing a process that is identifying all of these missing upgrades. The missing upgrades will be added to members accounts and will be active as of Monday, January 23. Those members who’s missing upgrades were purchased with E-Gold, your upgrades will appear in your account as such, however, you will need to select one of our existing payment processors for payout once your upgrade expires.

:: E-Gold Transition Payments
E-Gold transition payment are proceeding according to schedule. Those members who chose the StormPay option are now being paid on schedule with other StormPay withdrawals. Those members who chose the money order option, the first money orders were mailed out on last Monday and are proceeding according to schedule. Those members who chose the EMO option, EMO payments have been proceeding more slowly. This is because prior to everyone choosing their payment option, we had no way of knowing exactly which percentage of members would choose which option and thus no way of knowing the amount of funds needed to be transferred or put into place for each processor to cover all payments. So, as we now have a clearer picture of that data and are moving funds appropriately, you will notice the speed of these EMO payments increasing. All payments will be made as stated, on or before January 31.

:: Site & Server Upgrades
In the midst of all the recent payment processor drama, 12dp’s technical staff was hard at work on several key hardware and software upgrades and changes that can be seen in new member functionality and even more importantly have significantly improved the operation of the site. Among the changes are a new member details area, added account security, server upgrades, database enhancements, and a number of crucial tweaks to our software that will help eliminate past recurring problems such as missing upgrades, processed but not received payments, payments not going to pending, etc. A big thanks to our programmers for all their hard work in these areas.

:: Forum
We have some great news regarding our forum. In about 2 weeks, the 12dp forum will become integrated with the 12dp website. This means that all active 12dp members will have access to the forum from within their member area. Guests/Non-Members will still be able to view certain areas of the forum but will be unable to post. We will post more information soon on this forum transition.

:: Ticket System / Live Support
The 12dp support staff has been hard at work these week clearing out a couple of the backlogged ticket departments. We are also restructuring our support team procedures and processes which, in addition to the new ticket and live support system we will be moving to in a couple of weeks, will get 12dp back to the kind of quality member support we deem as key to our program.

:: New Site
LifeClicks is excited to announce that we are hard at work in the planning stages of the third site in our network. We have reached a point in the planning where we feel it crucial to get feedback from members that will allow us to fine-tune the program and make it the best possible program it can be. To that end, we will be posting a number of polls on the forum as well as sending out some targeted group emails to elicit feedback and interest on various aspects of the new program. You will note these polls and emails will speak only in general terms about the new site. No hints.  The official announcement of the new site will be made Sunday, February 26 at the GPT Convention.

Have a great week and as always, Thanks for going Pro!”

I see three key points - They’re helping us with tax. Cool and a sign of legitimacy or at least some semblance of it I suppose. Good on them. They’re operating like a real business… Shock! Horror!

EMO will speed up. (Which should calm the brow of many out there.)

AND… A new site is coming, the third site in the network. What shall it be? We’ll find out soon enough.

Well, 12DailyPro is going strong… Stormpay expiries are being paid in about 4 business days and EMO is picking up the pace. (Slowly.)
