A Massive Surprise!

Yeah yeah I haven't updated for a few days which is kinda good because if you hadn't noticed the blog is slowly consolidating and building a solid public portfolio of real/quality programs that DON'T have problems every day and DON'T send an update or have some furore every ten minutes!

You know what they say, no news is good news. Check the side bar for some lashings of quality (and not-so-quality.)

Either way, here's the latest Daily11Surf update, one of the few autosurfs I still dabble in. They are showing great potential and great growth, and have definitely passed the fly-by-nighter mark. Could it be a three-monther+ surf? Here's hoping so!

I don't post every single Daily11 update here but I will once in a while just to give the general feeling/consensus at the moment.

Oh, and obviously the ‘a massive surprise’ title was laced with sarcasm. It’s the lowest form of wit don’tcha know?

Either way we now have… another Daily11Surf update as the continue to grow like wildfire and pick up the ‘big guns’ of the community.

Here it is.

“Hi

As some members may remember a few days ago a piece of Hardware failed at our datacenter which resulted in the site being offline for a few hours, information regarding this can be found within the various forums we have active threads in.

During this outage our host moved the site to a temporary IP address to ensure minimum downtime for all. Our host has just moved our site back to our server and again a short period of downtime has occurred, while the DNS updated.

We understand that over the last few weeks members have been watching many of the popular AutoSurfs fail for one reason or another and many people may start to panic during this downtime of ours.

Daily11Surf is in a very strong position and as stated since day 1 all downtime will be dealt quickly and well managed.

If you are unable to see the site at the moment, it will be back very shortly, as you are just waiting for the DNS of your ISP to update.

All the Best

Bruce”

What more is there to say? At the moment, is Daily11Surf, is good (but still just an autosurf.) Etc.

They’re up for me with no probelsm either way!

Daily 11 Dose ('cos nothing more important is really happening)

So, Daily11Surf…

They were down.

Then they’re back.

And now they’re doing the payout run, with happy members wandering around making one-word ‘paid’ posts as per usual. (Very very promptly even without the downtime.)

Yep that about covers the Daily 11 Dose. I’ve got nothing better to do, really! :p

Here’s what happened for those who like gory (some might say ‘boring!’ details.)

“Good Morning

Early this morning approx 3am EST David alerted me that the server had gone offline, David was made aware of this by the monitoring service we have paid for that monitors our server. Once David and I had woken up the server problem was confirmed by our Forum Moderator who had also noticed and had also alerted David with the problem

Straight away we made contact with our host and after a short delay we were informed that the problem was down to a Network Issue at the DataCenter and it was being looked into.

This was not an attack on our server, it was simple down to a piece of hardware within the DataCenter failing.

The datacenter got straight to work and re-routed the traffic away from the failed hardware and ensured the traffic to the server connected within a very quick time frame.

Within 5 hours we received report that people could gain access to the server and Daily11Surf and were surfing away without problems.

The reason why some members could gain access to the server quicker than others was due to the time taken by YOUR ISP to update the DNS records.

Again I would like to put to rest some rumors spreading that this was a DDOS attack. The reason we suffered a few hours downtime was due to faulty hardware at the DC.

David and I would like to send our apologies for this downtime.

Bruce”

FX-Experts Bite Of Information

Scanning the forums, a tidbit of information came my way that I decided to steal and post here for y'all. It's Marcos (or his helper posting under the name of FX-Experts) giving out some information on their trader.

An interesting little excerpt that may shed some more light on FX-Experts for those of you who might have been wondering... (the ever so slightly mangled English is not a sign of a dodgy scammer, just the fact Marcos is from Brazil and English is not his first language! Anyway, he still write better than me. :) )

"Hermann Greb Netto started trading FOREX market since 2002. He was introduced to Forex and his system by his cousin who lives in Bonn, Germany. He soon started to trade his own capital. At first he was having some challenges, but he continued to learn about the markets. Over time, his skills improved and he developed his own strategy which he is still using today.
Once he felt comfortable with his trading abilities, he started to trade with his father´s and brother´s money. In July of 2003 he began to manage his friends account. Soon thereafter he took on some other clients who were impressed with his performance. At the beginning of 2004 he started to operate a financial company in Brazil. Now he is trying to use his trading skills and past performance records to expand his client base around the world.

Global Mutual Update (Tobor Brings The Juice)

Good friend of Northern Calm, Tobor has done us all a saintly service and brought us an update on Global Mutual after he personally met with Gordon yesterday (Aussie time.)

He has written a quality report as usual and I will post it here as is. There's some good, some bad, and some 'wtf!' moments from Gordon within but as usual, 'things are looking up.'

I'll write some more detailed comments later on... But for now feel free to soak up Tobor's report.

Tobor is a frequent flyer at HYIPDiscussion, one of the best resources out there and also a great place to watch me get into pointless nonsensical arguments!

Meeting with GMI’s Gordon – June 06

Background

After much disquiet on the HYIP forums about GMI and related programs, I offered to go to Gordon’s home city and meet with him. I did exactly that and met with both Gordon and “Mr. Anon”. The first reassuring thing is that both are real people. Mr Anon has real businesses in Australia and would seem to be the biggest single investor in GMI. He certainly has a lot more at stake in Gordon’s eventual success than I do.

Gordon has a tendency to jump all over the place in a discussion so I tried to structure some questions into groups and keep the conversation focussed on that. Since it was my time and travel dollars that I was spending, I make no apologies for the fact that my questions concentrated on areas of Gordon’s business that I have an interest in.

Global Mutual

GMI provides venture capital (risk capital) for funding several of Gordon’s business ideas that he has on the go. The one that seems to have now started working is Aussie Mutual (as has been mentioned before).

Gordon stated that Aussie Mutual has received its first commission for its part in helping a borrower get a mortgage loan. I have seen indisputable bank evidence of that first payment. I have also seen evidence of other loans having been approved and settled for which Aussie Mutual will receive payment in the coming weeks.

As we know all too well, GMI has a backlog of payments due to investors. I saw evidence that payments were made to a number of GMI members last weekend. Sadly I was not one of those paid. In fact I did not think much of Gordon’s method (or lack of) for selecting who was getting paid. We discussed that it might have been better to give say $20 each to more members than up to $100 each to a few. But at least some payments did happen to some people.

At the moment, Gordon is trying to apportion his limited supply of income between several programs including D2B. Gordon did state that he sent some money through to D2B recently and I guess TJ can verify that.

NES

NES is just as stalled as most of Gordon’s programs. Gordon was originally relying on forex trading to give NES its income. However, he pulled the money out of trade weeks ago. This might actually have been one of Gordon’s better decisions as it seems the traders lost money in the recent market turbulence. My understanding is that Gordon lost no money from this forex foray but also made little or nothing.

Gordon himself posted that he put $3k of GMI money into SI. It turns out that he put some of the NES money pulled out of trade into SI as well. Maybe not such a smart idea, though Mr Anon told me that do far they had gotten back 50% of the total funds invested. Perhaps Gordon will get lucky and SI will come good long enough to pay a bit more. And in case you were wondering, no, he did not realise at the time that SI was a probable scam. Mr Anon seems to have now convinced Gordon to stay away from that style of ‘investment’ in the future.

Gordon reported in his recent e-mails to everyone that he is investigating trading bots and I know that he has been doing that investigation for several months now. He has narrowed the list of possibilities to three and believes he has now got it down to one. As a NES investor, I wish him well though I am personally sceptical of the idea of trading bots.

While I was there, I told Gordon about the script errors in NES. Because he logs in under administrator mode, he does not see the same menus as us and so was unaware of the problems. If they are easy to fix, he will get them fixed but he also has the programmer rewriting the code from scratch in an effort to fix some other issues.

As far as I am concerned, until NES starts making real profits by a trading bot or whatever other means, it is all academic.

VC Shares

VC shareholders will get paid when the money from Aussie Mutual starts paying consistently. I think that Mr Anon won’t get paid until then either. In the meantime, go shopping through the GMI shopping link and help GMI make some money to pay you all with. As I am not a VC shareholder, I did not pursue this topic any further.

Axcellerate.com

Gordon admitted that starting another program wasn’t a very good idea. He is looking to fully refund the few people who did put some money into Axcellerate. I agreed with him that it was pointless to open new 'ventures' while there are still problems (both site errors and payment capacity) with existing ones.

Support & Communication

Finally, I took Gordon to task about his promised weekly communication and lack of response to support e-mails.

He pleaded more ill-health and I am inclined to believe him. What time he did have has been focussed on getting the Aussie Mutual business to work, a sensible priority. The recent flurry of communication is because he has been physically somewhat better in the last couple of weeks. And my personal thoughts is that seeing things start to work (and so far it is only a start) has probably buoyed his spirits somewhat.

Summary

Gordon has not run away with our money. He is trying against the odds to make a HYIP that is based on real business and real profits. I have seen irrefutable evidence that the Aussie Mutual business is starting to pay and has more payments due in the next few weeks. And that Gordon has made some payments to some members.

Mr Anon and I both used the opportunity to try and hammer home to Gordon that he needs to focus on the fundamentals and get Aussie Mutual (and his trading bot if he must) working properly. As I said at the beginning, Mr Anon has more money tied up in this than most of us and is auditing Gordon’s books on a regular basis while trying to give Gordon some proper business advice.

As for me, I will hang in there for a while longer. Mr Anon believes in him and I guess I do too. It seems pointless to me to go “running to authorities”. I am confident that Gordon could show the Australian authorities that he has made an honest effort to use the funds to try and make money. They will not lock him up for making mistakes or stupid decisions. And having seen his bank accounts, he is not living the life of the rich and famous. To the contrary, I could not live on the little that he does.

I will be back in Gordon’s home city in a month’s time and I will ask for a follow up meeting and to see more evidence of real profits."

Good stuff Tobor... and many thanks. My thoughts later, and perhaps I myself will go give Gordon a visit sometime (though it's a much longer trip for me it can still be done.)

Daily11Surf Give You Free Money!

Daily11Surf continue to pick up a little momentum in the current wasteland left behind by the fallen giants.

The latest is this promotion (another in a long line of well written and frequent updates):

"As part of our continued advertising, which we have spent now over $4000, we have decided to run the FREE Unit offer again for all NEW members. This offer will be running until 7pm server time, and the time left is displayed on the main page.

Excellent chance for you to build your downlines. Remember this offer is costing us $1.59 per member, and will be paid from our advertising budget we set aside prior to launch.

All the Best

Bruce"

So basically, there's nothing to lose and if you want to sign up for Daily11Surf - do it now! 7 p.m. is naught but a few hours away. (Of course, there is SOMETHING to lose and that is a few minutes of net time a day surfing the eleven sites but we're not here to argue semantics people!)
Daily11Surf and TotalRune remain basically my only surfs now... except although TotalRune continues to valiantly fight as it always does its latest change is to postpone cashouts and announce that in future documents will need to be submitted to get cashouts (although the specifics are yet to be announced.) *sigh*. (No, that was NOT an EMO sigh.)

I'll update the Autosurf bar soon so that it will basically show... Daily11Surf. What a surprise there!

As usual... check out FX-Experts, etc.

Daily11Surf Still Standing

The name says it all, out of all my latest little forays into the autosurf world Daily11Surf is the only one still here after a few days… Sad really but it’s the current state of play.

I couldn’t be nonced with any other surfs for a while, but I will continue to hang around in Daily11 for a while… they have potential, nowhere near as gleaming and obvious as the last batch (Phoenix, Wired, Compact) but still, they have potential!

Always treat them like a game and know when the game is riding you instead of you riding the game. And before someone starts to discuss the vagaries and the ins and outs of a surf let me remind you that there are many programs out there, such as FX-Experts (once again used as an example due to its low minimum and easy public availability) which are real, albeit risky. To look for such ‘reality’ in an autosurf (besides maybe DadNDaves) would be a waste of time!

“Don’t let the game play you.”

Here’s the latest Daily11Surf update:

“David and I feel its time we give all members a more detailed update on the first few days with our online business. As this will hopefully convince some members that we are for real.

For starters we feel that the current members need to know a little bit more and David and I. The following information is now available within the members area for all to see.

——————————————————————————————————————————–

Bruce (37), was born in Delaware, and studied Business Studies at one of the leading Universities in Wales, UK. Having passed with a first degree in business, Bruce decided it was time to go home, and thought it was time to settle down and start his own business. Once settle back in Delaware Bruce started his own home based business in internet marketing, and is used to holding business seminaries on ways to Start your own business. Bruce found that another opportunity existed where many people were already making bucks, and some people were living a very health life. Bruce started to look into the various ways and decided advertising was the way to go.

David (34), was also born in Delaware. After leaving High School, David found employment as a public relations office for a large corporation. After several years working full time, david found the normal working hours did not fit into his family commitments, and upon the arrival of Bruce back to the family area, David decided to go into employment with Bruce. David did all the public relations for Bruce in his seminar business and once Bruce had found the ways to make money online with advertising joined his older brother in the new venture.

The pair of brothers spent several months looking around at the various way to earn money with advertising, and saw a very high number of business which based themself on the same subject. After a few emails they discovered where to obtain the right script, and hired a team of part time coders who would examine the script and work out any bugs. After some more research on web-hosting providers, they were recommended to a very good company who now actually host their business. After several tests made on a non domain hosting account Bruce and David were happy with the formula they had developed, and decided to launch the main Daily11Surf business in early June 2006.

—————————————————————————————-

Todate the inital respone we have recieved from certain members is fantastic, and its good to see support is growing. Todate we have 419 members, which 301 have made their account active. If you are still to make your account active please do, as non active accounts will be removed from the site after 11 days.

At the time of compling this update we have recieved nearly $4000 in deposits which is made up from 239 purchases. This is a fantastic start and a little above when David and I had planned.

Regarding payouts, we have processed 117 payouts to various members, the total of payouts equal to $471.09.

As each upgraded member can advertise upto 11 different sites to other members, we have over 500 sites in the rotator. Please view as many of these sites as possible, remember you can view a maximum of 111 sites per day. Supporting the advertisers would also be good. Please make sure you spend the time to view what our advertisers are adverting.

We have recieved a number of support requests regarding DDOS protection. Our business is hostd by a large, well respected hosting company, who make sure there servers are maintained in good condition. There customer service is excellent and this was why we decided to place our business with them. When it comes to DDOS protection I can understand the concerns you and others have. Many hosting companies do not offer this feature in there plans, and this is mainly down to costs. It is in the best interest to the hosting company to protect there servers from such attack, and this cost should not be transfered to the client. Our host is one of these such business.

Both David and I are happy with the first few days of our business, and we are prepared for the long hours and sleepness nights we may have infront of us. We both have the attitude and expertise to make a success of this business,

All the Best

Bruce Stevensen”

It’s nice, it’s long, it tells a good story, it spins some good PR, and for the most part it’s well spelt and grammatically in check. Poised to go the distance for a month or two? Who knows. I’m hoping so!

I also got a personal reply to some questions, and one of the things people most pertinently ask about is DDOS protection so here is their view on that:

“Our business is hostd by a large, well respected hosting company, who
mke sure there servers are maintained in good condition. There
customer service is excellent and this was why we decided to place our
business with them. When it comes to DDOS protection I can understand
the concerns you and others have. Money hosting companies do not offer
this feature in there plans, and this is mainly down to costs. It is
in the best interest to the hosting company to protect there servers
from such attack, and this cost should not be transfered to the
client. Our host is one of these such business.”

Slightly vague, but yes many large hosts do offer DDOS protection. I think people put too much stake in such things because I’d make a good wager with you *taps nose* that a lot of the DDOSes that have recently bought down ‘good’ programs were fake or manufactured.

The writing in the personal reply was of a slightly lessor quality and we have the whole ‘brothers’/family style story… Is it a sign they are not American, or that it was just a quick, non-spell-checked reply? I would wager the later at the moment (though it doesn’t really affect much if they aren’t who they say they are) as look at the poor grammar and spelling from some of the people we know ARE native English speakers! :p It is still fairly well constructed for a quick shoot-off reply.

So, Daily11Surf, besides the beleaguered TotalRune, remains my current surf, and probably only one for a while unless the ‘industry’ (seriously, people who call it that need to slightly rethink the position) leaves its fallow period and we see some obvious winners.

Autosurfing Arena: Lunar Surfing Looks Like It's Gone Too...

Well my pick of the increasingly popular Lunar Surfing seems to have gone by the wayside as well.

The site is gone and the admin has disappeared from the forums. Bummer.

I had no paid referrals (as of checking about six hours before it went down) in this one and only a minor test spend...

Same goes for YieldSurf. They seem to have chucked a runner as well. Once again a test spend, but I had a few referrals... However I don't believe any of them upgraded above a test spend so sorry guys!

And from the chaff we find the wheat as Daily11Surf continues to pick up some potential. This has been a good exercise, trying to feel out the 'next big thing.'

In the meantime another surf has caught my eye, which I will write about later. Once again I'll be feeling it out with a test spend, and hopefully it'll play out well.

With Wired, Compact, and these new guys biting the dust I continue to 'feel the market' out and try and consolidate my current ventures, searching for that 'big three' that will last a few months.

Ciao y'all!

Compact Compacts Itself

Here's the big one, not wholly unexpected but I was hoping for a operations to continue for a while longer yet.

Compact Surf is shutting its doors as of now with, of course, promises for refunds for members not in profit. They also claim they will reopen (much as Wired Surf has) in future.

This has to do with their excuse - the fluctuating gold price. I believe this excuse will be accepted by many members of the community as it has been speculated for a long time now that this is the reason Compact has been facing troubles.

The question is - is it the real reason, or did Compact jump on the community bandwagon to have a clean exit point?

If it is considered a clean exit point and most accept the excuse, I'm sure there will be a good chance they'll be back.

So I'm glad I continued my autosurfing adventures into things like Daily11Surf and Lunar as the Compact ship started to sink.

However if you're getting sick of the ups and downs and twists and turns of autosurfs, why, I implore you, are you not diverting some fundage to programs like FX-Experts; which I once again mention because it is the best publically available 'real' opportunity with a low minimum. I see people putting in thousands into an autosurf but nothing into FX-Experts and its kin?

Why? Are FX-E's returns 'too low?' Is it 'too risky?' If an autosurf randomly goes down into the night its returns have definitely become too risky. I only use surfs to fund things like my real opportunities... and too have a bit of fun.

Bear that in mind if you continue to ride the autosurf train!

"Dear Compact Surfing Members,

I hope you will read this update closely, and consider
all that I say here carefully, with the understanding
that the Compact Network will be implementing further
changes in the coming weeks, but we are here to stay
for the long term as I have promised from the
beginning.

As of today, Friday, June 16, 2006, Compact Surfing
upgrades will be disabled. Allow me to clarify our
reasons for doing this, and our plans for the coming
weeks ahead:

1. The price of gold per ounce, as all of you know,
has dropped significantly in the past several weeks.
Because of this, the Egold funds in reserves that I
had to maintain for the operation of CS diminished in
value tremendously on a daily/weekly basis. There has
been a 15 to 20% drop in the value of gold in the past
several weeks, from above $700 an ounce in May to
around $570 as I write this. What this means is
that
most upgrade values that were sent to CS and held
online in order to provide the old trademark "fast
payouts" dropped in $$$ value while waiting to be paid
out. This has been occurring for weeks now. We
persisted, believing there would be a turn around with
the gold markets, that things would average out, but
to date, this has not happened.

We've reevaluated the situation, and have decided now
to stop taking upgrades until such time as the gold
markets stabilize, we hope by mid-summer. We feel
this is best for both the company and our members
financially. Members have faced the same situation CS
has when their payments arrive to their accounts and
drop in value within hours.what took several days to
build in profits has sometimes been diminished within
hours, sitting in members Egold accounts. In
accordance with this decision, the ability to upgrade
to CS accounts will be disabled today.

For those
who do not understand why drastic drops in
Egold might affect the reserves of a program designed
like CS, here's why. The 3 cashout requests per month
combined with the processing of requests every day of
the week, and 48 hour "fast payment" meant we had to
keep a majority of Network funds in reserve in Egold
rather than offline. 48 hours was not long enough to
move funds through exchangers online for payments or
offline for protection of capital, especially on
weekends when banks are closed. This is why, in our
last newsletter, we established the 7-business day
timeframe as being more realistic and manageable for
the future of CS, however, since that last update, we
have considered the situation further.

2. On June 9th, we processed nearly $500,000 USD in
cashout requests. I continued to use the remaining
funds left to pay as many requests as I could, and you can view a screenshot of all
payments sent here:
http://compactsurfing.com/first1.PNG
http://compactsurfing.com/second2.PNG
http://compactsurfing.com/third3.PNG
3660 payments were sent the last 2 days and each single sent was paid.

Moving Forward: We are going to do refunds for
members with pending requests, put the program on hold
and relaunch in the summer, when hopefully the gold
markets have stabilized and by which time I will have had
time to implement Compactpay with features available and
debit cards. All funds in my possession
less operation costs will be used for refunds. In
the coming weeks, the support staff will assist me in
this work. Members in profit will not receive
refunds. Those members not in profit will be returned
a percentage of their initial upgrade purchase
dependant upon the total available for distribution.
Earnings and referral commissions will be
deducted
from your pendings in our calculations. Please be
advised that I am doing this despite the fact that our
terms have always stipulated that upgrade purchases
are non-refundable.

3. All Compactpay members with funds in CP, please rest
assured that your funds are secure. I will announce
next week the procedure for how returns of
whatever you funded into your Compactpay accounts will
be executed. After the funds have been removed from
the system, during the next few weeks, the database
for Compact Pay will be inaccessible to members as my
programmers and I work to implement features which I
have not had the chance to dedicate time to. Please
be patient and I will update further regarding this in
the coming weeks. For those members who have made
recent Bank Wire Fundings, I cannot address those
until next week when the bank is open so please be
patient with this as well.

With that said, the
following actions will be taken in the
coming weeks. The Compact Network will be relaunched at the
end of August/early September and I have decided for now
that the following three sites will be the focus of my
time and resources: Compact Surfing, Compact Lottery,
and Compact Pay

A. Compact Surfing

1. Expect a new layout and design to the site. The site
will offer 14% daily for 9 days on your upgrade
purchases tentatively. Upgrade units will be $10 USD
each and the maximum member balance with active
upgrades will be $10,000 USD. Payout Timeframe:
Upgrades will become pending in your Cashout History
automatically upon expiration. They will be processed
within 7 business days following date of expiration. No
more having to request cashout. This setup is
perfectly clear on when members will be paid. In
addition, I will know exactly what is needed ready in
my online payment processor accounts each week
to
process payouts. As such, I can store the majority of
funds offline accordingly so that we are no longer at
the mercy of gold price fluctuations.

2. Compact forum will still be in place; possibly
changed to vbulletin format as I have received
feedback requesting this from members.

3. More details to be announced when available.

B. Compact Lottery

1. Expect a new layout and design to the site

2. No more purchasing tickets from cash balance; you
will be able to purchase directly from Egold and
tentatively Compactpay as well. Winners will be paid
within 5 business days following announcement of
weekly lucky numbers.

3. Cash prizes will be greater in amount, though the
number of winners will be less than the past track record
to allow for ease of management in distributing payment of
prizes. The amounts for Weekly prizes will be announced on
the site as well. Distribution of rewards still to
be determined
by the administrator.

C. Compact Pay

1. I will work in the coming weeks to develop
relationships with exchangers to bring on board to
offer funding/withdrawal options for Compact Pay that they
will handle individually and efficiently.

3. I welcome any member suggestions with regards to
implementing debit cards. Compact Debit Cards are
still planned, but due to the current situation, and
recent comments made by members regarding their wishes
for certain cards, I have cancelled our previous order
for cards. For those of you who prefer Cardoneplus
over Virtual Money, and vice versa, please contact
Nvus with your reasoning and he will forward me
details and I will make a final decision in the coming
weeks: cn_nvus@yahoo.com

4. The Shopping
Cart Interface will be made available
and upgrades/cashouts through CS via CompactPay will be
available as well to coincide with relaunch of CS.

Expect further announcements from me in the coming
days. The Compact Network is here to stay and we are
not going anywhere, I assure you all. After 3 months
of hard work and dedication I will not give up and I
ask that you do not give up on me now either. We have
faced obstacles beyond our control in the past several
weeks, but the above plan of action will allow us to
return, stronger than ever. Thank you all for your
continued support.

Sincerely Yours,

Luuk Hendriks

Updates - 18th June 2006

As has been previously stated, slowly around here things will split into either a real, autosurf or HYIP/Games camp.

Right now some minor real updates:

BlueBanking Card

I got my bluebanking card! Finally... It took a while, but I ordered from BlueBanking direct, not UdachuInvest.

So now I can withdraw my UI profits! Go me. So if you've ordered, or are waiting on an order... it'll get there eventually!

Global Mutual

The beleaguered and often strange acting, although I would argue real as far as we can tell, Global Mutual has released a mini update with a major title:

Major GMI Upgrade

"System maintenance and hardware upgrades, are now in play for GMI,

Please be patient while the new system is put in place."

So there y'all go, now you're in the know.

Autosurf State Of Play - Digging Daily Eleven

Well, here's a few updates about my latest three surfing splashes, but first some other updates:

WiredSurf are selling advertising space to other autosurfs. Sounds like someone is looking for cash for refunds (or for themselves.) Of course, I can't be sure, but... y'know! Kinda 'suss' as we say Down Under.

Monday is important for both Compact and Total Rune: Compact will apparently resume payouts (if they do and KEEP the seven day schedule we could see some life in the old girl yet!) and it's Total Rune's cash out/compound day. Don't forget if you're a member!

Daily Eleven Surf are looking like a good choice to me now even though I was such an early adopter. Why? Well, so far I’ve seen frequent updates, as well as very communicative admins, but the thing is all the updates are well written and embrace and try to stimulate a sense of community. This is a great way for them to position themselves early on (hopefully) to reap the full benefits of the coming months.

First up is an explanatory update, from June 16th:

“As you know Daily11surf offers you a fantastic advertising opportunity for your website and or business. It’s a great way to build your downlines for other sites, increasing your income from other sites, at the same time allowing you to earn 11% daily for 14 days of the total amount of ‘Advertising Units’ you have purchased from us.

Although new, David and I are pleased with the steady growth we are gaining, and we are happy to see that the support we are getting is also increasing on the various forums.

Yesterday we merged a brand new page into the business which allows members a fantastic advertising opportunity for only $10 USD per week. Already we have had good reports from one person who purchased this method of advertising yesterday, and they have gained 6 new people in their downline for another program. This is an example that our advertising works.

Our programmers are working hard on another page which hopefully will be merged into the site over the next few days, which will allow all people an easier way to purchase ‘Advertising Units’, Paid To Click opportunities, Banner advertising etc.

Having spent to date over $3500 on advertising, we are confident that over the following weeks, more and more people will realize the power of our business and decide to advertise with us.

Some people are confused regarding our payout system. Let me explain.

Our week starts at Midnight on Sunday Evening. All members are allowed to request payout once per week. So for example a member may request their payout on Saturday which of course will be paid ASAP. This member will not be allowed to request again until the start of the new week, so if they wish they could request again any time after midnight on Sunday.

If any member has questions regarding our business or website, please get in touch. David and I are present here waiting to help you. You can either contact us via email or from our own licensed forum.

If any member is happy with our business or if they have already received a payment from us which some have, please show your support for the Daily11Surf website by using our ‘Rate Us’ page. The link for this page can be found in the top right corner of the main page.

All the Best

Bruce Stevensen”

And from not too long ago is the news of some bonuses:

“As you know Daily11Surf has spent over $3500 on advertising. We still have a large chunk of funds left which we allocated for the inital promotion stage. We have decided to spend some of this by holding random times where all NEW members who join will gain 1 FREE ‘Advertising Unit’. This is a fantastic time for current members to increase there downlines by getting your friends and contacts into Daily11Surf.

We will be holding several of these FREE times over the coming weeks, so make sure you pay attention to the home page of the site, and when its obvious that the FREE time is running, make sure you go that extra mile and boost your downlines.

This free promotion only costs Daily11Surf $1.59 for evey member (cashout level), and we have allocated over $1000 to run this promotion.

The first FREE promotion is running right now, so make sure you spend that little extra time boosting your downline.

Bruce”

The admins for Lunar are communicative and ‘respected members of the community’ and all that jazz and have put the effort into a fairly pretty site with some spin to keep the punters interested (laced with moon-terminology and the like.)

Here was a recent update from them:

“There Is A System Glitch & For That All Account Has Been Credited 135% Instead Of 126% (Who Have Surfed Their Quota Can Easily Verify It In Their Account). Now I’ve To Check All The Accounts & Have To Fix Them All Manually … So Allow Us Time To Do That 1st …Unless We Fix All Those Account Issues It Wont Be Possible For Us To Proccess Payouts …I’ll Try My Best To Fix All Those Accounts Fast…Hope U Guys Can Understand The Situtaion…But One Thing Is For Sure That Such Issues Wont Occure Again…Really Sorry For Any Inconvenience.

Best Regards,
HellYeah
Lunarsurfing Admin”

Okay, it’s nowhere near as well written as the Daily11Surf updates but it was released as soon as they saw the problem and it really fits into their personable/’forum speak’ manner.

So far, the other one I just joined - YieldSurf - was down for a little while, the admin has been quiet for a few days, and payouts are backed up by a 'day or two.' So... has this one gone kaput already? We shall see in the next few days.

Looking For The Next Big Thing

I was gonna resist, not do as much autosurfing this go round, but the temptation… it was too strong! Just when you think you’re out, they keep pulling you back in. :)

This time it was Daily 11, Lunar Surfing, and Yield Surf

Autosurfs, I believe, should be treated as a game.

They will come, they will go, the only way to prolong yourself is to hedge your bets and use a variety of strategies. But, please people, treat them like a game - a game with educated bets and decisions, but a game nonetheless - and don't spend what you can't afford to lose!

Now that that disclaimer is out of the way, it’s about time to search for the next big gun.

Why?

Well, this week was a bad one for autosurfs. Wired went down (kinda), TotalRune continues to exhibit some strange activities (although is slowly picking up the pace some would say) and Compact is enacting changes that are either gonna suck or rule (time will tell.)

If you play the autosurfing game, it’s always best to treat it as a game and be getting in, out and searching for the next one with your profits. A lot of people are loving the ‘go in hard’ first round approach these days as well, which seems to be paying off for those of us who can afford (and pity those of us who can’t!)

Of course, if you want a REAL investment opportunity, there’s always something like FX-Experts or its brethren (risky, but real) and if you just want to have a fun game with less risk… try EGoldRevolution.

It’s been here since before the beginning of time. (Slight exaggeration!)

So, whilst my last big guns drag their legs and I wasn’t able to get in early enough to fully ‘play’ any of the other favourites I go in search of treasure.

There’s nothing that jumps out at me with the calibre of Compact or Wired or Phoenix at their beginning stages, but there are a few I’m going to have a dalliance with. All are fresh!

Daily 11 Surf

First up, for something really fresh, as in something that started a day or two ago we have Daily 11 (yes, another play on the whole “Number” “Daily” naming scheme.) Anyway, why do I reccomend them? Well - they’re fresh. Really fresh, and are slightly prettier and more ‘professional’ then some of the current ones popping up. Might be good for a cycle or two at least (hopefully.)

Here’s something I scalped from the MMG forums:

“So, what are our plans?

Its simple, our aim is to run a sucessful business operating as a autosurf, we have a good team of programmers (who have developed some unique plugins), who are now working on a great advertising page which will be merged into Daily11Surf over the next few days. Its our mission to run one of the better AutoSurfs around, by offering a full and honest service to our members.

Of course, as we are new we are bound to come across certain teething problems, which when they occur will be dealt with in a quick and professional mannor, with the key being informing our membership of what is happening, how it will be resolved and the timeframe we expect.

Like any other new professional business we have allocated a certain amount of funds for advertising, as any business to become succesful needs to get the brand they work in out infront of certain groups of people. Saying this, we have already purchased $1250 woth of advertising on MMG, $400 of advertising on TalkGold, $120 worth of advertising with certain Paid to Read, Paid to Click sites, and this within the first few hours of launch, and we are in the process of spending another $500 at another large forum. This is all without advertising costs for listings, banners and text ads on certain monitoring sites which will be decided on over the next few days.

Customer support is the top of our agenda and already we have our own forum for our current and new members. I would suggest that if any member of MMG joins our program, they also join our forum. This is due to my brother and I not having enough hours in the day to post the same message all over the place.

Ideally we are talking about hiring people into the Daily11Surf team already, these people would Moderate our forum and pass the messages onto others like this. If you are interested in this position Krzysztof just send me a PM at the Daily11Surf forum. Talking of our forum we have actually unlike many of the other sites have a working upto date licence for the forum script we use. Other autosurfs use pirated or unsecure PHP forum based scripts, this is just another example of our commitment to our members.

Over the next few days I hope to pop in here again, but untill we get the right staff in the right positions my brothers time and mine is really tight.

David Stevensen”

Well reasoned and nicely written PR speak can often be a good indicator of how long a program will last, and in these early-early-early stages they’re putting the effort into nurturing a community as well.

Early bird gets the worm!

Here’s their first email-update:

“May I take this time and thank you for spending the time to read the first email update by Daily11Surf. As you know we launched yesterday and we are just 24 hours old.

Daily11Surf is run by my brother (David) and I (Bruce) who both come from the East Coast of the USA. We have spent a longtime planning this business and I hope you agree when I say that the feel of the site separates us from the many sites that we call competition. It is our aim to make this business work, the business of advertising is a huge field to get involved in and we know we have the skills, knowledge and expertise to make it work.

Daily11Surf is a professional way to advertise your website and or business, and earn money at the same time. We offer our members the chance to buy what we call an ‘Advertising Unit’, in fact our members can buy up to 11,111 ‘Advertising Units’. The cost of each unit is only $1.11 and can be paid via E-Gold By purchasing our ‘Advertising Unit’ our members are allowed to place up to 11 sites into our Members Only rotator system which will be displayed to other members.

Like any other new professional business we have allocated a certain amount of funds for advertising, as this is needed to make sure that the business we are running is seen by people who might need the service we offer. We have already purchased the following advertising

One Months Banner at MMG : Cost $1250
One Months Banner at TalkGold : Cost $400
One Months Banner at DreamTeamMoney : Cost $500
One Weeks Banner at . : Cost $250
Various Ads on Various PTC/PTR Sites : Cost $200
Various Ads on other HYIPs/Surfs : Cost $500

Total advertising in first day $3100, and believe me there will be more campaigns coming. How many new businesses do you see who are that committed on their first day to make their site seen.

If at anytime you have any questions regarding the Daily11Surf business or website, please come to our own licensed forum which can be found at http://www.daily11surf.com/forum or email us at support@daily11surf.com.

Customer Support is our main importance, and your questions will be dealt with in a well timed manner.

Stay tuned to the Daily11Surf business as over the following days/weeks you will see more and more new features being added.

All the Best

Bruce Stevensen”

They’re concentrating on advertising. Duh - but also GOOD, especially in this early stage, to stimulate and encourage that growth.

Lunar Surfing

The next one I signed up for, which probably has the biggest potential to become a Phoenix/Wired/Compact behemoth (to infinity and beyond!) is Lunar Surfing.

From the front page:

LunarSurfing is an advertising program owned and operated by Melanie & HellYeah, very well known members of MoneyMakerGroup; a popular investment forum, and the rest of LunarSurfing team. We currently offer 9% daily for 14 days, which is in turn for several minutes of advertising viewing. Members are also able to advertise their own sites, which will in turn be viewed by other members after 14 seconds. Up to 250 Advertising Credits can be purchased at a rate of 5 USD per Credit. Our Users account is credited after 14 sites have been viewed. Commissions for advertising viewing are paid out due to various investments made by the LunarSurfing team.”

They have a lessor rate, but indeed the program is from ‘respected members of the community.’ So far the community is catching on which could see the phenomenal growth as people get hungry for these types of things, combined with the smaller rate of return which could see many safe cycles yet. They’ve been around since June 1st! Still fresh!

‘Smooth surfing’ and ‘fast payouts’ are still being reported willy nilly with these guys with no problem flags I’ve noticed (not that I’ve studied it in depth for three days or anything, this is just from a somewhat cursory glance!)

Yield Surf

I had GladiatorSurf here and it was last on my list because I joined it last (as in right before I wrote this) but today I got an update from them saying that they were making some changes like getting rid of referral commissions (good in some ways for the long run, yet at the same may lessen growth) but more importantly they are implementing a VM card, though it is said EGold will remain as an option.

Bored with VM sagas however that slowly evolve into “now you must use VM”, “someone hacked our EGold” “insert random excuse here” I’m jumping ship somewhat because right as I got that email I saw some info on YieldSurf. It’s a pretty site with some good effort behind it and is much newer (June 12th.)

Payouts are within minutes right now and it’s got relatively high rates… (for six days.)

So it’s great for a hit and run, and the admin is as of now communicative and friendly. Payouts are also happening in early Compact zippy speed right now.

So into Yield I go!

“*22 - 24% daily
*upgrade lasts 6 days
*surfing 20 sites daily
*maximum of 10 000 in upgrades
*8 - 12% referral bonus (5% for free members)
*200 credits just for joining
*50 free credits for every 1$ spent for upgrades
*PTC program
*Banner advertising
*E-gold and AlertPay accepted
*Forum, mail support
*7/24 support
*effective advertising
*started 2006 06 12
*fast payouts (usually within 12 hours)
*minimum payout 1$”

Some good signs of Lunar picking up the pace on the way to ‘big gun’ glory and Daily 11 is too early to tell but that’s the whole point. :) Yield has some great short/medium potential too, and each cycle is nice and short with quick payouts as of now.

So I’m thinking, these will be the three programs I migrate over to as my next three ‘big guns.’ Play smart, play hard folks, and remember to think about real yet risky investments such as FX-Experts and co. (I keep using FX-E as an example because they are still publically available and only have a $100 minimum!)

Bla bla bla Chancer’s had his autosurfing fix so he’s off to bed.

P.S. Don’t forget for a lot of providers, etc. mail from things like these autosurfs (such as activation emails!) will go to your junk folder.

Global Mutual Enters Phase II

Apparently. Although we've heard such things before here is a slightly more positive update from Global Mutual.

I stand firmly by the belief that Gordon is out of touch with his online investors (and a current maelstrom of pitchfork-weavers hound for his blood, dismayed at being 'scammed') however I do think that he is proficient (or at least I hope he is) when he is sticking to his 'real' business.

So, hopefully we'll see some profits again, and if the train starts a'rolling again we'll see a quelled angry mob. Or at least mildly quelled.

I do wish his updates would have some more specifics about who is being paid what and I do also believe he should just scrap new/previous plans and just make one uniform plan for everyone so we know what we are being paid when WITHOUT fixed interest rates.

Once again, to illustrate the out of touch Gordon, he calls for website help, etc. I have offered help many times in the past, as well as suggestions, but they either go ignored or misunderstood. Now he's asking again...

It continues to be a confusing beast, Global Mutual, but this update makes my hope-receptors tingle again, at least a little bit. At least, in terms of us getting some nice payouts soon.

*fingers crossed*

"As Of Wednesday June 14th 2006, Global Mutual Venture Capital Entered a new era in its Journey. It was this day on which, the first Venture Capital Profits were realized. They were not huge, but they occured none the less

What this means to the Investor

The highest RISK for any start up company, is always that time frame between the initial start of a Venture, and profit taking. Thus it is with much pleasure that we can officially announce the beginning of a much less risky era for Global Mutual members.

The Month of July should see a significant increase in profit taking. That is because only one deal settled last month. This month there have already been three settlements with more on the way.

Older plans are now closed to potential Investors, but will be paid as profits arrive.
This marks PHASE TWO of Venture Capital Investment opportunities for GMI members in relation to Aussie Mutual.

Advantages: Medium risk compared to high risk; more calculable projections now possible; Fixed rates available; Less volitile. Stalls and delays most unlikely compared to phase one. Much safer Steady investment.

Now that we know the timing and market behavior, we are better able to project a minimum budget for our operations.

As each plan comes to maturity, it will close and a new plan open in its place.

Disadvantages: Rates not as high; No compounding,

HOWEVER, As Aussie Mutual takes a good hold in the market place, there are of course new Phase One Investment Opportunities that will arise, and the volitility of these can be better underscored by a buffe of operations.

Many changes will take place to the web site over the next few weeks.

VIP members should keep their eyes on the VIP members section in the forum for more detailed news.

I wish you all well at this time.

I am really interested in getting some more help in the forums and in web site design.

Currently I am developing a Co-optive profit sharing scheme for helpers, until we begin to experience serious profit taking levels.

Gordon M Doherty
International Administrator
GMI"

There's a lot of things I see wrong with GM, and a lot of things that I think could be improved ten fold, but for now I'm just hoping some payouts are made... then my next step would be to add some uniformity, customer support, fix tech problems, better communication...

Actually, it'd be a the next 100 steps.

Autosurfing Arena

Well, wasn't that spiff. The title had alliteration.

In the next few days, weeks, whatever I will probably be taking stock of the current state of play and separating online opportunities into the following three categories:

Online Investment Opportunities
Surfs
Games

Online Investment Opportunities I have already done, to an extent, under which you will find a growing collection of real, possibly-real, or likely-real (or, in worst case scenarios 'hopefully-real') opportunities. Clicking the link will lead you to some basic information and ratings.

Games will be HYIPs and the likes (as well as the more fun versions like EGoldRevolution) which I will continue to dabble in but not much. I think by calling them 'Games' it kinda makes it obvious how you should treat them!

And Surfs is basically just the surf version of Games (unless we're talking about DadNDaves which although having problems here and there for all intents and purposes appears to be real.)

So right now I'm going to have a look at the autosurf arena... (as the title suggests!)

It's kinda been a bad week for surfs and my current 'Big Three' have taken some hits.

WiredSurf went down... I was able to come out ahead. Hope you were too! There are opportunities for refunds and hopefully they will be followed through on. It seems to be increasingly popular to actually pay some refunds, as well as reveal more information. Maybe the refunds are just issued to keep the fanatical blood-lust filled hordes at bay but it works to an extent and it means we lose less money if one goes down! These events are the nature of the surfing beast though.

Remember, treat them like a game, or a way to make quick cash. A variety of strategies are employed by people (get in, get out, play with profit is extremely popular.)

TotalRune seems to be chugging along, paying out a bit, working on their huge backlog. I had my nice withdrawal cancelled because some of it were ref. comms and apparently the largest ref. comm account was 'fradulent.'

I am unsure whether this is true or not, but it seems reasonable enough and I was given the opportunity to launch another cashout (past the Monday date.) Fair enough.

So TotalRune aren't excelling, nor are they crashing and burning. They're fighting an uphill battle but they really do seem to be fighting.

And then comes the big gun... Compact Surfing.

Now, Compact has raised the hackles, ire and fear of the community in the past few days as large payouts were not coming in, the seven day deadline was coming up for some members, and timeframes were as a result of course increasing and creeping, creeping, creeping away from what we were used to.

Very few 'paid' posts were to be found.

Then, finally this morning LuukH released an update.

I didn't know what to expect at first... good. Bad? Program shutting down?

Instead I got something that I wasn't expecting but now that I think of it makes sense and I have seen it before.

Basically, LuukH claims that a lot of members have had hacked accounts with E-Gold going to the wrong account (which is NOT a flaw in E-Gold's security, which the unwashed masses :) sometimes seem to think... E-Gold is as secure as a baby's bottom. Whatever that means! It's people's own lack of understanding coupled with a lack of technical nous and bad luck that sees their E-Gold accounts 'hacked.' Read up on the topic to make sure you are secure.)

So, he has instigated a 7-Day timeframe on payouts, so that people who have had E-Gold account numbers changed have plenty of time to contact support, etc.

Now, the 7-Day/5-Day, 'everyone paid on the same day' thing was tried by WiredSurf somewhat unsucessfully, so I'm hoping Compact pull it off.

I think what LuukH has presented is reasonable and not out of the question (hacked accounts) and has a reasonable -> good chance of being on the level and true.

Hence a 7-Day payout frame, meaning everyone is paid on the seventh day, could work, as well as prolong the surf - as long as it is stuck to and everyone IS paid on the seventh day, not some early, some late. Everyone hates being late in the queue and it can spell disaster for a program like this.

So, it's a wait and see, but what was looking like a bad week for Compact has been somewhat salvaged in my mind, and has a good chance of reaching a state of 'she'll be right' (at least for another few months *fingers crossed.*)

P.S. Don't forget to jump into your Compact account if you have one and update the details listed in the update!

So all in all, I'm neutral on this update. Could last for many more months and pull a 12DP, or it could be a red flag. I'm 'either/or' but shall remain cautious.

Just gotta wait on some nice juicy 'paid!' posts now to see the new terms in effect.

Here's the update:

"Dear Compact Surfing Members,

This is an important update on the status of Compact Surfing. It clarifies what the future holds for the Compact Network, and how I plan to ensure that what we have built with our members in the past 3 months continues to grow and prosper.

I will be honest with all of you, recent events have given us cause for concern, and the steps we have taken this past week, and are about to take, are to ensure our security remains one of the best in the industry for both our Network, and for you our members.

For three months Compact Surfing, as all of you know, paid usually within 48 hours of cashout request. However, when payouts were processed so quickly, many members who attempted to contact support and have cashout requests stopped to egold accounts that were hacked were unable to do so in time, and as a result, their requests were paid out to hackers who ran off with their funds.

This has been a very serious issue for many members. I have had at least 10 support tickets sent every day for over a month relating to such hackings. The amount of member money lost to hackers is now in the tens of thousands of dollars, and it must be stopped. I did not create this program to feed the hackers. This business and program was created for the benefit of the members who have supported us and handed over their trust to us.

Then, several days ago, we had an even more serious issue to address. During our scheduled work on Compactpay, a situation arose that required our immediate attention. We had a hacker access the database through a vulnerability, and though he got no valuable information, and did not infiltrate anyone's money accounts, we dropped all else we were doing, and set about encrypting our database, among other things. You can view the email message that the hacker sent here: (POST IMAGE SCREENSHOT OF WHAT THE HACKER WROTE TO YOU, BLOCK OUT HIS EGOLD # SO HE DOES NOT GET ANGRY BUT YOU HAVE TO POST THE IMAGE TO SHOW YOUR PROOF ABOUT THIS)

In light of all the events above, I have now decided that CN will be implementing new additional security measures regarding hackings, and revamping our payment system accordingly to fit these measures. There will be a required step that all members must take before we continue on with our payouts. The changes we are implementing will allow members the needed to time to make their hacking reports, and will allow staff the needed time to stop payments to hackers, even during our busier times. The following are the changes that will be made, effective as of today:

1. As additional security, we ask that all members update their passwords on the Compactsurfing site at this time with a unique password you have never used anywhere on the internet before. You can do this by clicking on "Edit Account Details" after you log into your CS account. Then scroll down to where it says "Password Change." Type in your current password in the field that says: "Your Password." Then type in your "New Password" and "Confirm New Password" and click on "Save." This is to ensure that if any of you have the same password with CS that you are using with other sites, or have used in sites you've been with in the past, that hackers do not have easy access to this information.

2. Official Payment Time Frame: Members may still hold multiple upgrades to a total of $10,000 USD. Members may still make 3 cashout requests per month. However, from here on forward, Compact Surfing will now make payments in 7 BUSINESS days following the date of your cashout request. That means you will no longer count Saturdays and Sundays as work days for the CS Payment Department, and you will be paid on the 7th business day after you make a request.

To clarify, if you make a payout request on a Monday, what day do you expect payment? Count: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday.. Monday of the next week is the day you are to expect payment. This new payment system applies to all current pending payments, and to all those in the future.

This will be the same time frame as 12dailypro established, for those of you who are familiar with that program. It will end all discussion of what day you are paid. It will allow my support staff and you, the members, ample time to contact us in the event that your payment processor account is hacked so that we can put your cashout requests on hold and prevent your funds from being paid to hackers. (To date, tens of thousands of dollars have been paid out to hackers, despite our efforts to prevent this, and we feel, changing our payment strategy will result in more profits for all involved.)

I will allow until this Friday, June 16th for members to change their account passwords and to review their account information in their back office for any other changes they may wish to make. I will then begin processing payments: all pending cashout requests made on the 6th and 7th of June will be paid next Monday. This will be in line with the new payment terms since, though I was ill last week for 2 days, I processed payments over the past weekend. Requests made on the 8th of June will be processed by the end of the day, this Monday, June 19th, and we will go from there.

Please go now and update your passwords and review your accounts. I will follow up with further updates during the week regarding the status of Compact Surfing and the rest of the Network sites,

Sincerely yours,

Luuk, Olivia, Nicholas and Staff
Altus Financial Services Inc."

Autosurfs State Of Play - June 12th 2006

Just a quick note to say exercise caution with my three current favourite surfs (Total-Rune, Wired and Compact) at the moment as each is experiencing its fair share of odd behaviour or difficulty.

Hopefully any problems we're seeing are yellow flags and they continue to chug along for a while yet.

Quick Total Rune Update

Well, it seems that Total Rune has started paying out some people from the general goss.

My surf days still remain uncredited (they'll get to them...)

And most importantly at the moment I didn't surf for the past few days 'cos I didn't think I could log in...

The thing is, when you go to the Total Rune site you need to click "TR Account."

HOWEVER there is a good chance you'll get booted after the first try and you have to try again straight away!!! Something I didn't do for the last few days.

Surfing's a lot faster now though!

Global Misadventures? Globally Maddening? + Updates

First up the latest juice on Global Mutual.

There's been a lot of it, so I'm going to keep it simple and in summation.

First up, Down 2 Business was based on a business deal that TJ had with Gordon, the admin of Global Mutual. That's gone semi-kaput with Gordon unable to keep up payments. Respected member of the community, Rabbit, and myself, knew that Gordon was TJ's business partner. This is the reason why I left Down 2 Business as a 'HYIP' rather than an 'investment opportunity.' To me, it was like ASCFin, Tinger and co. but with some more going for it.

A punt...

It's unfortunate that it's gone temporarily south but although Gordon may be showing increasing signs of ineptitude lately, he is real and will not run. His current plan involves paying D2B 'investors' - eventually.

I actually do think this time will come but it won't be in 'HYIP' terms of a few days. It'll probably be a few months.

Which brings us to Global Mutual, NES, etc.

Gordon recently revealed that he had a few K in Solid Investment (wtf!) but also a lot of money tied up in loans and lead generation and 'investments' (i.e. non-HYIP) that are about to 'come good.'

He released this update:

"The Good Oil about GMI

Hi Everybody,

I hope this comunique finds you all well.

When Global Mutual first began 2 years ago on April 15 2004
the idea was to put an honest presence into the hyip arena based on Venture Capital.

We have always, and will continue always to deliver on that.

However, the road to a smooth running fully automotive system has bee aweful for all of us.

Current state of play.
Solid investment as a group volume Investment seemed to be a reasonable backup plan
considering the slowness of the Aussie Mutual Invest to get up and running.

Solid Investment have stated they will deliver Once a month only about JULY 1.

They made that statement just when our interest was due, and that has put us back by one month.

What benefit there is in that plan remains to be seen. Pray for the best, and expect the worst so your hopes remain in tact.

Aussie Mutual.
The first settlements are taking place this June. One has gone through June 1, 2 are due on June 8, and we expect about 5 a week as we enter July.

Currently these settlements are taking place in NSW only.

I spoke to the director of the wholesalers and they intend to open a broker house in Victoria within the month.

We Expect that to double our out put.

We are hopeful that QLD will open within two months also.

So you see, even though we stalled, we are up and running at a cantor getting ready for the gallop.

We currently enjoy a niche position in an advertising system and receive leads from all over Australia.

The Online Discount service is almost ready. We just need to finalize some details, and then we go ballistic.

REBOOTING GMI

In order to re-boot GMI we have put our GMI-shopping concept on full accelerate.

The Following Introductions will be made shortly.

ONE: The NES CARD
Nescard will operate at ATMs anywhere, Point Of Sale grocery stores etc, and Online transactions such as purchases or bill payments.

These cards will be purchased for about $25.00, and wil have a referal sales benefit to members. We have to order them in advance 1,000 at a time. As soon as the script is finnished upgrading, we will launch this.

TWO: The GMI First, Second & Third CREDIT UNIONS
Members will be offered a membership in a GMI credit union.
There will be three entry arrangements allowing for a range of investor types.
More about this as it comes to hand. Referals will be made on this also.

We will launch our very own AUTO-BOT FX and shares System
We have to attract a minimum investment of $10,000 in order to launch this system. If SI come good, we can fund it from there. We will launch the plan as soon as the upgrade is complete.

GMI-ONLINE SHOPPING PORTAL NOW LAUNCHED

GOTO www.gmi-shopping.com/the_shop.htm

This is only the first Phase.

currently, if you exchange shop here, in other words, buy anything you can here, GMI will receive apx 5-9% of the sale price, returned to members via the VCshares portal monthly.

If you look for the international link, you will find Germany, Canada, Japan and USA.

PHASE two gets exciting people.

Phase two will see you enter via the members online area and when you do, you will receive a share portion, based on a % of the purchase price. That means you will also receive a greater portion of the interest when it is paid.

SO START SHOPPING NOW!

You have heard it said about hyips, "Don't invest more than you can afford to lose"

I personally, can't afford not to succeed. If this whole venture fails, then I am totally finished, caput, done for. So for me its D DAY.

In our system, even when we lose we win, because as the whole operation takes off now into the third quarter, everyone will benefit.

OTHER THINGS TO LAUNCH

THE global-sentinel site will shortly be launched with a decent face lift.

A members co-op system will launch allowing people who work at projects, to receive shares and then receive a decent percentage of the profits. Some people have already joined this scheme.

A GLOBAL Financial Services Portal is also under way, and will begin to emerge this month.
credit cards, student funding, home loans, insurance and much more.

BY JULY ONE WE WILL HAVE EVERY CONCEIVABLE ONLINE PURCHASE UP AND RUNNING IN MOST COUNTRIES EXCEPT FOR ASIA.

ASIA WILL BE THE NEXT MAJOR FOCUS..

Mr Anon will be sending a treasury report soon and will come back to us shortly.

So My total empathy with everyone having waited for so long,

You really deserved a better go than we all got, and I am trully sorry for my part in the total sceme of things thus far.

So heres hoping for that profit taking time that we have all waited so paitiently for.

Gordon"

A positive, 'soon, soon, soon' update.

Okay, there's some good stuff in there, and some questionable stuff...

The long, long awaited GM Shopping Portal is just a rebadged affiliate portal that I can tell. Fair enough but sheesh... The way it's been hyped and how long we've been waiting I was expecting something a little more than we could all do in our bedroom with some advertising.

Recently, Gordon told us that not to expect payments till July... (in personal conversations with various members.)

Yet, in his official updates he said payments will begin at the start of June...

I checked HYIPInvestment and guess what? Over the past few days there's a multitude of paid posts.

As we say in Australia: "Wouldn't it rip ya?"

This is the problem. Communication and Gordon not having his finger on the pulse.

One minute he'll be doing highly questionable maneouvers like 'investing' in Solid Investment and then proclaiming 'no more HYIPs for GM' when he works out it's crap. No duh. If he had taken even a minute's research besides a dodgy promise from some dodgy admin online that he would be paid, he'd see this... Then the fact that he lumps all HYIPs into the one category illustrates a lack of nous and understanding. Just as we don't lump all stock into the same category. I hope he doesn't apply this broad generalization of 'understanding' to other arenas.

HOWEVER it would appear that he is proficient at the lead generation side of things. Maybe, and here's hoping, he will stick to what he knows.

What he needs to do now is sort out the quagmire:

- Confusing, condescending communications which contradcit from one moment to the next... (Alliteration alert!)
- So many different half finished sites, plans and ill-researched endeavours
- Stop making wily promises (abolish fixed interests rates, terms, etc. and just stick to on VC Shares payout monthly that he makes BASED ON WHAT HE CAN AFFORD TO PAY (i.e. what he has earnt!)

Having said all that - and there's so much more to say - day by day Gordon turns more and more into a wily character, unpredictable, hard-to-understand. One minute we're not getting payouts to July, the next minute we're seeing a multitude of payment posts on rating checks.

Stick to the leads, and the stuff you know how to do Gordon. Continue how to streamline! Ask us for HELP - rather than telling us just to 'advertise' and do some research before you go dabbling in crap like Solid Investment.

He often asks for help and then doesn't bother to follow up on it - there's so many of us GM members who could get him back on track.

Having said all this, I think Gordon will make us all money eventually. This is not HYIP style eventually of 'next week.' He will keep putting along and if you all wait it out you'll get dribs and drabs and hopefully more if "GM hits full gallop."

In the meantime, for new investors, or existing - I strongly suggest not depositing new funds into GM.

I have lowered my rating of GM to a 4/10.

Why a four? Well it's slightly below average. That's not 'bad' per se. It is a REAL program, for most intents and purposes - something we so rarely see in the majority of the mainstream HYIP arena. That's automatic brownie points. The only problem is, Gordon has been very questionable in his endeavours as of late and really needs to get his finger back on the pulse.

There's so much more that could be said on this topic, rambling and hyperbole... but to boil it down, GM continues to perform nowhere near the par that Gordon set for himself and he seems to lose his way quite often lately. Having said that, he's not a scammer, he's just a real guy trying to make us money. He hasn't been doing as well as he would like lately. I assume, and would think it is the best bet, that he'll be sticking around to make us more money... Here's hoping he does.

He's not a scammer, he's just a guy who's not too good at communicating with us, often condescending, lacking support and suffering a case of two steps forward, one (and a half) steps back lately...

*phew*

CompactSurf offer... further explanation!

…A somewhat unnecessary explanation seeing as they are still well within their terms! But it’s good that CompactSurf did, and the fact they continue to strive for the 48 hour time frame is great.

The explanation for the mild slow down in payments is very reasonable and I expect them to speed back up again. It’s when payments balloon out to 6 - 7 days that it’s time to start worrying. :)

“Dear Compactsurfing Members,

This is an important update so that all of you are aware of the status of the development of the Network as it pertains to integration of Compactpay and also pending cashout requests for Compactsurfing:

1. Approximately 1000 pending cashout requests will be processed today. Please be reminded of the payment terms, and that I have allowed the payment department up to 7 calendar days to process cashout requests, though we will do our best to process them in 48 hours, though this is a fast time frame and no one should complain as the latest pending requests are 3 to 4 days old, still well within the 7 calendar day time frame.
2. Allow me to explain why I was absent from the forums for the better part of yesterday. I was not feeling well and since I am the administrator who oversees all departments (support, payment department, etc.) I was not in the office to manage. As such, payments were not made until I returned today. Nvus, GM for the Network, covered for me and was available for over 12 hours on both the Compactforum and our CS thread in MMG, and I want to thank him and the rest of the support staff for being there for all of you, the members. The Compact Network administration is not managed for the sake of scamming all of you, and I hope after 3 months of hard work and dedication you all realize this by now.
3. Integration to allow upgrades and cashouts for Compactsurfing through Compactpay will be completed in the next 24 to 48 hours, and the Shopping Cart Interface and other features will be available as well. I realize that I stated that this would all be finished at the latest by this past Monday, but after the hard work the programmers did last week to ensure the debut of Compactpay, they had the weekend off and myself and the tech team have dedicated the past several days to catching up. Thank you all for your support and patience while we worked to finalize this.
4. Compactpay Sign Ups: The support staff has informed me that several members have been signing up for Compactpay but have not recieved their activation emails with their account numbers. Please sign up with Compactpay providing a yahoo or gmail address; do not use hotmail/aol/safe-mail as they block registration emails. I know for a fact that members who use yahoo usually do not have any problems. For all support related matters regarding Compactpay, use the following link: https://compactpay.com/contact/
5. Compactpay User Guide: This has been prepared for all of you to refer to about questions and answers on how to navigate your Compactpay accounts. How to fund your account, withdraw, etc. are all explained here: https://compactpay.com/guide.php
6. Pending Support Tickets will be addressed quickly and all members are free to register at our own forum, http://www.compactforum.com, to speak with Support Staff who will continue to be there as they always have been 7 days a week to assist.
7. I have stated many times that I aim to establish Compactsurfing for the long term and by now I hope you see for yourselves the amount of work that has been and will continue to be put in to ensure that CS remains at the forefront of Auto Surf Programs, setting a higher standard in their development. Please refer to this page which I have prepared to read for yourself about why CS stands out: http://compactsurfing.com/evolution.php
8. Expect further updates soon. I hope that all of you who are paid will post in our public forum threads and in the Compactforum and remind members that we are paying and we are not going anywhere. Share with your friends and colleagues about Compactsurfing, as I have worked to form a reputable, stable auto surf program backed by a Network of sites to ensure that we remain solid for the future. Thank you for your continued support.
9. A reminder about the poetry contest: submissions will be accepted until 00:00 EST Monday, June 12, 2006. Over 300 poems have already been submitted to rewards@compactsurfing.com ; myself and the rest of the admin team will judge the poems and credit the following rewards to the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place members: 60 ad units, 40 ad units, and 20 ad units. Good luck to all who have and will submit poems Smile

Best Regards,

These guys are really on the ball and have their finger on the pulse…

Compact Surf Slight Delay Explained

Compact Surf’s payments have seen minor delays over the past few hours due to the implementation of all the new stuff apparently (CompactPay, etc.)

This is fair enough - the terms are SEVEN DAYS although in general payments have been between 24 - 48 hours. For me, it’ll only be a flag when payments start ballooning to six - seven days. The problem is that people have been screaming the sky is falling down and counting down the minutes already (so used to the quick payouts. :) )

In the meantime here’s an update from their forum:

“So, dear members, how many hours are in 7 days? When you have waited 169 hours, then you may discuss the hours it took to receive payment, but until then, I don’t want to see anymore posting here on this forum of hours and minutes you’ve waited for payment. It’s a waste of space and member reading time. Read on and learn why….

The staff and owners of Compact Network are here to focus on building a business at the same time as paying members on time. You have seen first-hand for 3 months how we operate. When we are implementing things, payments take longer. In between, payments are faster.

You are going to have to learn to live with this system because it’s been this way since day one, and will be this way for the life of the program. These are our ways, we aren’t going to change them, so you the members are going to have to adjust your thinking to fit our business style. If you can’t, then I suggest that you are doing business with the wrong program and should consider moving on to one that better fits your style.

Members here have always had some degree of input into how we operate. We take suggestions in the Suggestion Thread, and Admin really does listen. What you members do in this program and how you behave will also have an influence on company policies, and at present, behaviour of members is greatly influencing how Staff feels about current policies regarding CS.

Admin also listen to Support Staff. I have heard Nvus state that he will be requesting Admin change the statement in the terms that says, “we pay in 7 days but usually in 48 hours” to “we pay in 7 days”. The first statement is an honest reflection of how we have and will operate, however, the second statement would end these nonsense posts regarding hours since your last payout. If this change occurred in the terms, I would ensure such posts ended because I would most certainly delete them as adding no value whatsoever to the focus at hand…building a viable and profitable business with all of you.

Having said that, I have told Nvus that I will support his request to change the wording of the terms of this program, even though the intent would not change, and feel in doing so, we will raise efficiency and productivity of this Support Forum. Thanks for listening.

Chancer Plays Games! (*And Earns Money.)

Once in a while Chancer likes to dabble in some riskier ventures for a bit of fun.

Last thing I did like this was E-Gold Revolution which has been around for over two years now and continues to steadily pay me! Why do I recommend them? Well, it’s only like $9 to get in so it’s not like any of us are going broke if you have a go.

DISCLAIMER: If $9 will send you broke, don’t try something like E-Gold Revolution. In fact, why are you wasting money you can’t afford to lose! (Also, the maximum reinvestment a month is only $250. It’s a fun little side-earner.)

I highly recommend E-Gold Revolution for some fun…

And now their latest sister site (at least I assume it’s their sister site) has come along, which is only $8 minimum, so I’m in once again!

It’s called VIP Winners. We could all be very important winners… (yes that was a lame pun.)

Here’s the go:

The good stuff.

“# No MATRIX
# No PYRAMID SCHEME
# No WAITING PERIOD to start earning money
# No FALSE PROMISES
# No RISK ( $ 8.00 to enter ! )
# UNLIMITED EARNINGS !”

The explanation:

“The staircase has 5 steps. After you register and pay $ 8.00 you enter at the end of the step number 1. This starting step has 1 million positions. You enter at the last position of the step number 1, (level step 1 - position 1,000,000). Each new member that enters after you (your affiliates or any other members) push you each time one position forward at the same level : position 999,999 - 999,998 - 999,997 and so on… until you reach the position 1 of the first step (level 1).

As soon as you register, you receive your self-replicated site like this one, and your nickname appears near the first step (level one).
As long as you are at any position of the first step, your nickname remains there. So, while you move in one million positions at the step 1, your nickname REMAINS at the same level and is associated with your referral link.

Each time you make a new affiliate, with your referral link or by random, you receive IMMEDIATELY $ 3.00 in your cash account. Four other members at steps 2, 3, 4 and 5 receive $ 1.00. These four other members remain with you on your page, as long as your nickname is shown at the step 1. They benefit of your promotion as well as YOU will benefit of their promotion when you will reach the next step/level. Only YOUR nickname will be shown on your page. For the other members we only show their codification number, except in their own replicated page.

The step/level 2: When you reach the first position of the step 1, you jump at the last position of the step 2, and the member that follows you takes the first position at the step 1. Then, your nickname is shown at that level. There are 100,000 positions at the step 2.

At the step 2, you receive again $ 3.00 when you make affiliates and it will be the same for each next step that you will reach. The other members, around you in the staircase, receive each one $ 1.00.

The steps/levels 3, 4 and 5: It will be the same as the steps 1 and 2. Each time you reach the first position of each step, you climb at the end of the next step, until you reach the step 1, the summit of the game !

When you put your flag on the top, look back : you passed 1,111,000 positions, pushed by all the other members that entered after you. On this way, you made a few or a lot of affiliates and you won money.

The total amount that you earned is the result of your promotional work, of the randomized system and of the work of other members that associated you in their own replicated page. When you will be at the step 5, we will have distributed more than 7 million dollars to all the members that are in the staircase.

But at the unique position of the step 5 you won’t have time to admire the view of the valley, you will be pushed outside by the new member that will enter at the end of the step 1.
But that’s not all !

At this moment, you can re-enter to pass all the steps and to make money again, with the same referral link.
No time to rest on the top, you are here to make money, right ?

To re-enter, login in your account and click on the button ?re-enter? and pay $ 8.00 by e-gold.
Then, your nickname will be again at the level 1 and so on ?
Withdraw money.

You can withdraw money by e-gold at any moment, on request. The minimum amount to withdraw is $ 5.00 and the maximum is $ 50.00 for each withdraw. We take $ 1.00 as withdrawal processing fees. For security reasons, the payments are made on the same account that you used to pay when you registered.
Product.

We offer to each member a FREE banner that will be published on the top of all our internal pages, by random, FOREVER (as long as you are in the game). You can update your banner at any time. Only this has a value of $ 50, $ 100, $ 200 or even more, because you will be able to stay in VIPwinners.com for YEARS !
All this for a unique payment of $ 8.00 !”

Well there you go… It’s like a REVERSE pyramid scheme! But remember how long E-Gold Revolution has lasted. 2 Years +. And still going strong… And it’s only an $8 minimum. Have fun guys, this has a lot of potential for both a laugh, and money. Two of the greatest things on earth.

By the way if you’re not good at getting referrals let me tell you that E-Gold Revolution’s automatic insertion of your ref link into their rotator WORKS. I’ve heard this from a lot of people who have picked up a lot of refs for it with NO promotion, and still the program chugs along. A lot of programs promise such things but are talking hot air.

So I assume VIPWinners will be the same… Just sign up and let ‘er go. It actually distributes referrals and profits to you… FAIRLY.

And you won’t go broke! An $8 spend is all it takes. One million positions on level one… that’s not one million people, just one million eight dollar spends. It’ll be interesting to watch this one in the coming months - perhaps even in two years like E-Gold Revolution! I’ll be dropping a lot of eight-bucks in there to keep it moving! :p

VIPWinners

By the way, what are you spending money on stuff like this for if you haven’t signed up for seemingly legit things like FX-Experts yet? Tsk tsk!
