Return Of The Mack

That's right lads and laddettes, Chancer's back.

And yeah, that's the second time I've used a "Return Of The Mack" headline. Last time it was Return Of The Alien Mack though, so I'm still blazing trails of originality and am NOT repeating myself.

First up - my friends at Google Adsense sent me an email informing my good self that I wasn't allowed to have adsense on this page. See, Adsense is not allowed on a page that promotes any of the following:

"
As stated in our program policies, AdSense publishers are not permitted to place Google ads on sites with content related to programs offering incentives to click links or ads, read emails, or surf other websites. This would include, for instance, auto-surf sites, pay-to-read email networks, and sites comparing various pay-to-click programs."

So what do we say? Oops. Watch out fellow HYIP/etc. bloggers as we are definitely wading in this field of promotion.

So if anyone knows about a cool, working, legit (NO SIGN PROFIT - they eke of bad things to me) advertising solutions that'd plug and play, send me an email at: chancer@safe-mail.net

I'll be back tomorrow with a State Of Play to wrap up what's gone done in my slight absence, as well of taking stock of the blog and reorganizing things (a little.)

So tune in tomorrow, same bat-time, same bat-channel.

Where's Total Rune at, yo?

Well guys and gals over the next few days you should see me back in action (hopefully) after my busy week of 'real-life' over the past seven + days.

But in the meantime, some of you may be wondering where TotalRune is at.

This quite lengthy email was just released:

"Hello Everyone,

The purpose of this email is to bring everyone back up to speed on things.
We have a lot to cover, so plz bare with me.

Firstly...

TR is undergoing its final stages...testing and what not.
We are shooting for sometime tomorrow (Mon/Tues)

Please hold off on the emails to Anita for missed surfing on TR until we open back up.
Makes no sense if you cant surf on Monday and then have to have your account edited again.

ONLY send IMF missed ROI emails to Anita.(More info below)

IMF is looking really good, smoothe surfing, and Cashouts/Compounding Opening.

Id like to say thank you to all of you who have been sending us your support emails, and your patience with us.

You are truley appreciated and will not be forgotten about.

Unfortunately not everyone was so patient.

Which is why I'd also like to thank you members who for some ungodly reason think that by leaving negative votes, and bad ratings on the monitor sites was necassary.

What good does that do?

Unless you like to cut off your own legs.

Thats pretty smart.

Its amazing how quickly some of you can turn on me and my staff.

Thats fine, this will NOT bring us down, it can only hurt yourselves.

Maybe next time you will think twice before overreacting.

Oh well, good luck with those referals I guess.
-----
Lets get down to business...

This email should have answers to all your questions.

Starting with cashouts

Cashouts were not processed b/c like I said... I had no way into the back office until now.

Cashouts were turned off b/c why would I have you request a cashout and then have it sit there for days waiting on our server issues.
We have had a few script issues regarding cashouts.
All cashout requests have been deleted.
EXCEPT If you have a cashout pending that was requested before the 19th of May, please let us know so we can delete the old one and you can request a new one.
If you do not let us know we have no way of seeing the old requests.
Basically what we are saying is that all the old cashout requests have been screwed up somehow during the switch.
We cannot see them.
If your old cashout request has not been deleted, you will need to let us know, or you will not be able to request a new one until it is removed.

Send those emails to:

billing@reportsgalore.com

Until further notice send all Admin emails to this billing email.

Just take a look in your history and you will see if you have a cashout pending. If so, email me plz. (Requests made before the 19th)

If not, you will be able to put in a new request Sunday at Midnight.

This is being done for a few reasons:
-many cashout requests got deleted or are not visible in our back office...from the server move
-we need to compensate many accounts for missed days, which will hopefully be done by the time we open the cashouts
-Cashouts/Compounding will go back to the Monday schedule, and this will put everyone back on a weekly payout again.

*Please see below for more on cashouts

Also, plz email me if you have purchased an ad pack or credits and have not had your account edited yet.

Make sure not to forget your ID# and transaction info.
-----
Compensation for server down time:

If you were not able to surf or missed a day b/c of server issues...please email us at
missedday@treasurepak.com

Subject is Missed Surfing.

Plz include the following:
-give us your ID#
-let us know if its for TR and/or IMF
-give us your email you signed up with
-and give us the dates of which you missed

No explination is needed please.

*Please make sure you follow these instructions as best as possible, and do not send more than 1 email. This will obviously take some time to edit your accounts, and duplicate emails will only slow down the process.

There are obviously many accounts to edit, and it will not take 20 minutes to finish. Please be patient.

Anyone who sent prior email/s regarding missed days to either missedday@treasurepak.com or to Admin... those emails have been deleted. This is due to the fact that those prior emails could not have all days in one email.

So only emails received after this mass email will be processed.

If your ad packs have not expired you will be given the extra days added to your ad packs.
If you are a free member you will see the cash added to the balance in your members area.

However, since adding the cash is a lengthy and cumbersome process they will probably take longer to see in your history.

The reason for this is because after estimating the amount of time it would take to edit 5000 plus accounts individually, and figure out how much to add to each account would take at least 2 weeks easily.

This would only slow us all down from making money and moving on quicker.

We are also going to be raising the roi in the next few days and some of you would therefore make more money than you would have been credited anyway.

For this reason we felt it would be best to get everyone edited as fast as possile and get back to making money.
-----
Updates and/or Changes:
There is a new security feature regarding logging into TR.
Your IP address will be locked out if you make 3 incorrect login attempts.
That doesnt mean you can only login 3 times a day, just that you will be locked out if 3 unsuccessful attempts are made.
You will soon need to surf 20 sites again to earn daily.
(When the servers are back to normal)
All VALID Abuse Reports will be credited with 25 Bonus Credits.
If you see a site with a popup/framebreaker/virus/whatever it may be, plz report it by clicking the Abuse link at the top next to the timer, and you will be credited 25 credits for doing so.
Starting in June we will be implimenting a fee for all cashout requests via ALERTPAY.
I am sorry but it just must be done...
AP fees are hitting us hard and we can no longer take the hit on this.
So, if you would like to continue to use AP - thats fine, we will keep them as a payment processor but starting June 1st 2006 there will be a 5% fee to cashout via AP.
***You can NOT purchase with egold or uniclear and cashout to AP.
Plz note in FAQ, you can only cashout to the payment processor you used to purchase your ad packs!
Come on ppl NO site allows you to do what so many have been trying to do, so why are ya trying to do it here???***

Example-
You are requesting a cashout for $50, you will receive $47.50

Cashout requests will be processed within up to 7 days.

Then and only then will we respond to any emails about cashouts.
Unfortunately there is a lot more these days that goes into a cashout W/O being swarmed with emails. We have to first make sure the cashout request is correct, so it can be processed correctly. Then we must make sure that the ad pack purchase was not made fraudulantly, if thats a word. Then we can actually make the payment.

Providing we have the correct amount of money in the processors.
Yup, how quickly we forget. We all thought it was a good idea and I still believe it must be done, but we all know that money can no longer be trusted sitting in ANY Payment Processor.
It can take up to 7 days to get money into them/move money around...
whatever the case may be, depending on which one it is.
This takes time folks, and my reputation speaks for itself.
I do try my best to do these things as fast as possible.
Dont forget this is for our own good. If I dont take these precautionary measures, we WONT be here long!
Debit Cards have started arriving, and many of you will want to start cashing out to your cards.
All you have to do to request a cashout via YOU DEBIT CARD is change your payout details to
ALERTPAY : 5151 8100 XXXX XXXX (THATS THE CARD #)
Then when you request the cashout you will put Alertpay and the card # as apposed to your email address.
We are not going to mess with the script and have it say DEBIT CARD, at least for now.
So AP w/card # will be just as good.

*UNICLEAR CASHOUTS ARE $10 MINIMUM*

This is Uniclears rule, not ours.
ALL UNICLEAR cashout requests will be deleted if it is less than $10 from this point on.
-----------
With all that being said, I do appologize for everything and we will be throwing out a promotion as well as raising the ad pack percentages soon to show our appreciation. (More on that soon)

That about covers it for now..."

Well that was a fair bit of reading. It's seems like its comeback season in the autosurf arena at the moment, what with WiredSurf seemingly getting back on their feet and into the groove.

If TR can pull it off and resume cashouts promptly then I'll be sticking with them. I particularly like the idea of raised ROI for a few days. :)

They've been through a lot, and have been around and weathered the Stormpay storm (yeah yeah, I know that's horribilus grammarus right there) so let's see how many storm fronts they can weather. I think they can be around for a while yet if they can pick themselves back up after this round.

Let's see if they're up and propagated throughout the world by tomorrow/the next day. That's the next step.

WiredSurf Closes...

…The Gap On Payments.

Yes, WiredSurf released an email saying exactly that. A follow up email was sent to explain to worried members who didn’t read any further and thought that WiredSurf was CLOSING.

(Which it’s apparently not. Yay, right?!!)

“Earlier today we sent out an email with the subject: Wired Surf Closes…

It went on to give a forum link, where if you had continued you would have been given the following article:

Wired Surf Closes.. .. the gap on the remaining payments and expects to be completely caught up by the end of the week. We are also keeping up with current payouts as well, and will continue to work continously on rebuilding our network.

We have a lot of things in store, as we have mentioned before and we can not wait to re-energize the industry with some of our unique ideas, including our “Surf Pals” program, where members of Wired Surf won’t even have to surf to earn!

We will also be fully launching our Cash Box program on June 1st, so be sure to read all about it at http://www.wiredsurf.com/cashbox.php

What else are we up to? As you may have heard June is the month for free upgrades and prizes. With our $20,000.00 giveaway, active members will be given the chance to win cash, prizes and free upgrades! This thread is available in our Important News folder and will be updated to include additional prizes later in the week.

It’s been a rather quiet weekend around the forums due to the Memorial Day holiday, but we hope to see things pick up tomorrow!

All the best!

PS: Hope the subject line of this thread didn’t scare you =) - After all of our hard work? We aren’t going anywhere!

_______________________________________

In any event, our little Memorial Day email that was created to capture attention, backfired on us and MMG ended up putting our program into their closed folder (people don’t seem to take the time to actually follow links to read updates it seems).

Wired Surf is NOT closing, and in fact we are moving ahead, stronger than ever. We apologize for the email and should have been a little more careful with those who might just take the subject line to heart, rather than follow through to read the notice.

It seems our little email attention-grabbing gimmack didn’t work out the way we had planned!

Compact Surf Release A Self-Congratulatory Back Pat

Yes, it’s self congratulatory time for Compact Surf, and so far they’ve deserved it. They’re at 20,000 members - 12DailyPro got more than triple this before they started to run into problems. It’ll be interesting to see if they can gun it and make it that far - or beyond.

“Dear Compactsurfing Members,

I want to give you all a brief overview of the amount of work that the staff has gone through behind the scenes in the past 3 months and the achievements that we have made collectively as a team in ensuring that the Compact Network sets itself up as a long standing opportunity for the online community.

The company contact information, just as a reminder, can be found here: http://www.compactcontacts.com

And for all support inquiries, the support form is here: http://compactsurfing.com/contact.php

The staff has handled in the past 3 months well over 500 phone calls, an average of 200 to 300 support tickets daily, amounting to a total of approximately 25,000 tickets sent and addressed in assisting all Compactsurfing members with account questions and issues since the Compact Networks inception online on March 4th, 2006. I want to also thank my very hard working tech team, because of whom the Compact Network was able to overcome several downtimes due to DDOS attacks in the past few months perpetrated by those who do not wish to see a site that lives up to what it promises to its members succeed. With the finalized installation of Prolexic DDOS protection, I hope that this will not be a matter that we will need to worry about in the future.

I want to thank my support staff as well for being there for members in the Compactforum and in our MMG thread nearly 7 days a week. Nvus has proven himself as General Manager overseeing support matters, and Joanne, Bryce, and Med have been helpful to members. I am thankful for everything that they do, knowing that it is our relationship with all CS members that ensures your continued support of this Network and as any site in this arena that does not recognize the value of its memberbase truly does not deserve to be online.

The Compactsurfing membership level is now approaching 20,000. I believe that by June 4th, we will surpass this number and be on our way into a new stage of development for the Network. Despite having multiplied our membership level many times since March, cashout requests are still being paid usually within the 48 hour fast time frame established by the terms, and no one has had to wait 7 calendar days to receive payment, which is the extent of the timeframe I have allotted the payment department to complete requests by.

Compactlottery has surpassed the 1000 member sign up mark, and in a few weeks, expect an announcement from me regarding some exciting proposals that myself and Nvus are working together on based on member feedback to broaden the appeal of Compactlottery for all of you who have joined or may be considering in the future.

Compactheart Offshore Banking and IBC services are as always still available to those of you who may be interested. We have had many members inquire and you can learn more here: http://www.compactheart.com

Have a great weekend all of you and expect updates to continue in preparation for Compactpays launch,

Sincerely,
Luuk, Olivia, Nicholas and Staff

Compact Surfing Techs Give Advice

Are my title's getting lamer or what? :) Anyway...

Some people are having trouble connecting to Compact Surf and logging in, etc. so here comes their friendly tech to explain to you how to fix the problem:

“Dear Compactsurfing Members,

Today staff resources were predominantly spent on taking care of connection issues reported by members following the installation of the Prolexic DDOS protection yesterday. While some of you may be able to load the Compact Network sites easily, and even log into your CS account and surf without a problem, others may still be facing log in issues. For those still timing out when they log in, please follow these instructions set up by our Tech, Nick:

HOW TO debug your INTERNET CONNECTION

1. Ping compactsurfing.com if you get 209.200.152.119 ALL should be fine.
a. Start->Run-> cmd. then write “tracert compactsurfing.com” press

Now you should see: traceroute to compactsurfing.com (209.200.152.119), 30 hops max….
and surf the site.
If still not, then it is a problem at your ISP

2. If you get another IP, search a file “hosts” in your Windows/WINNT directory.
a.Go to Start-Search and choose Files and Folders
there type “host” and you will see something like
c:\winnt\ysstem32\drivers\etc\hosts - this is on Windows 2000
on windows XP is c:\winnt\…
b. Open that file with Notepad and see if there are lines with compactsurfing.com and delete them
c. Save the file and close it by prexxing that [X] then restart the computer
d. CS site should load fine at this point, otherwise it is an issue with your ISP.

So with that said, if you are still having difficulties connecting to the CS site and loading your member page after logging in, please submit a support ticket here and you will be credited for your missed surfing: http://compactsurfing.com/contact.php

I apologize for any inconvenience everyone, but please bear with us and we hope to have all these technical issues resolved within the coming days. Compactpay will be launched by the end of this weekend hopefully. Now that I have Prolexic DDOS protection, I feel much more secure about launching the site and I thank those of you who have been patient with us while we work to move the Network into a new phase of development. June 4th marks the Networks 3 month anniversary online, and it is due to your support that we have made it this far, and the staff will continue to work hard to live up to the high standard of support and care that you have come to expect from us.

I will update you again in coming days, take care,

Regards,
Luuk, Nicholas, Olivia and Staff
Altus Financial Services Inc.”

Hey, as long as their ‘new phase of development’ isn’t anything like the Matrix Daily’s idea of Phase II, it’s all good.

Still Wired

The latest Wired dibs and dabs are promising, and after a little wrangling they fixed up an account error I had as well, which means I’m fully paid out the correct amount and my account is up to date:

“Our newest progress report is now available on our website and depicts just how much progress we have made as well as how we are planning to take our program to the next level.

Despite the negativity that surrounds this industry, there really is a big difference with our company. You are treated like a friend, you are protected by our dedication in keeping the program alive, and you are an important part of our network and community, and you will always be respected as such.

And here’s a bit of positive rah-rah to keep y’all smiling (this is the ‘onboard’ update):

“Wired Surf Is Back In Action!

“If you never encounter obstacles, you never know your true potential”

I’m not sure who was the first to say that, but it’s been completely true where Wired Surf is concerned. It’s easy to run a problem-free auto surf program.

You just answer questions, make payments and do your best to be honest, upfront and keep your community excited about your opportunity.

But what happens when your site goes down for days and days and your server is being taken down by a DDOS (denial of service) attack?

What do you do to recover from the fact that members are afraid, patience is pushed to the limit, and frustration is at an all time high?

You continue to believe in your program and you just keep going.

Wired Surf has paid thousands of members and have managed to get the pending payments down under 800!

That is phenomenal progress, especially when the site failed to stay online for nearly two weeks, and even as recent as this past weekend, we continued to have our literal up’s and down’s, with both the main site and our forum.

In total, in the last week we have paid out over $500,000.00 in pending payments.

In essence, we are back, and we are stronger than ever before. We have had all of our hard work and effort put on the line, and we had one of two choices to make:

1) Close the site down and count our losses (and yours).

2) Work as hard as possible, demonstrate our REAL ability to pay despite no activity, and keep our promises.

Since the first option wasn’t truly an option for us, we worked extremely hard to fulfill option two, and we have! Here is some refreshing news about our site, our staff, and our community:

1) Rackspace has indicated that our DDOS prevention (Preventier) is nearly fully trained, meaning that we are now fully equipped to protect ourselves against any downtime.

2) We have managed to complete over 5,500 payments and have ensured accounts were updated, roll over (if needed), surf credits were issued and so on.

3) We have answered thousands of tickets and have worked over 15 hours per day since Monday.

4) We have seen members come out of the woodwork thanking us for our service, and we have seen members come together to reassure one another and to support a program they believe in (awesome, guys/gals!)

5) We have never used hype as a way to bring in activity, and instead have focused on action being far more important than words.

Our site is back, it’s active and it’s ready to kick some industry butt, and we’re hopeful that you are going to stick around for the long, long ride.

There are few sites to experience as many obstacles as we have, and there are even less programs that survived every single one of them.

In fact, when Wired Surf was put into the pending/closed folder at MMG (moneymakergroup.com) people said no site had ever been put there from being down for nearly two weeks to return to the active thread, but guess what?

We have!

You should be proud of the community you chose to be part of, every single one of us, staff and member alike, want nothing more than to continuously prosper and grow, and with our program going private sooner than expected, if you haven’t recruited family and friends to join, now is the time to do so.

To all of our success and ongoing prosperity!”

I have to admit, for an autosurf Wired are doing pretty damn good at picking up the slack and getting back on their feet. It’s amazingly anomalous even, for our daily alliteration.

Matrix Daily Goes Down The Rabbit Hole

Well Matrix Daily just entered Phase 2 and pulled a stunt I didn't see coming -

RETROACTIVE upgrade adjustments so as of this moment we are all losing money.

So here's a warning boys and girls - do NOT invest any more in Matrix Daily.

I read something about waiting for today's news update, whenever that is forthcoming. Maybe there's a spin to this we are yet to see but I don't think so.

I was expecting for some Red Pill days to be less than profitable but to retroactively change it all?

Not a happy camper. Yet another new swifty (i.e. scam move) pulled by an admin...

But don't forget guys... Autosurfs = games. Remember that important rule next time and you won't get hit as hard if you got hit this time. NEVER treat them seriously.

Anyway, back to my busy week of hibernation, I just thought I should update y'all on the situation!

Wired Are Wired

Well, my incorrect payout for WiredSurf was just fixed and promptly sent to my E-Gold account... Membership base is climbing again now quite rapidly it would seem, having just pipped the 14,000 members mark.

Just thought I'd pop by and let y'all know!

State Of Play

I'll continue to be a sporadic type of guy for the next five days or so (though I'll pop by if anything important or interesting happens) and in the meantime I thought I'd give y'all a State Of Play:

Autosurfs

CompactSurfing continue to reign supreme. They had another DDOS and moved over to Prolexic based protection and were back in nought but twelve hours for me. A recent update managed to remind us that seven-days is their payout period, though a huge majority of people continue to be paid within two days (even more within a twenty-four hour time period!) So, going on the law of averages it looks like there's plenty of life left in this girl yet.

WiredSurf is doing a bang-up job of getting back on its feet, at least so far. I have been paid twice (still the incorrect amounts unfortunately, but the admin and staff are being very communicative about fixing the problem but over the past day or so have been mucking around with some Rackspace malarky apparently and have been distracted) but it seems that a good majority of people are receiving correct payments promptly. I'm in an alliterative mood! It's not too late for these guys to climb back up the pile.

PhoenixSurf. Don't bother. Their censorship and arrogant condescension towards their members continues to increase in severity. There's many a horror story out there, which I couldn't be knackered repeating here. :)

MatrixDaily had a little problem with their referral commissions script but that is all fixed now, and payments continue to happen within thirty minutes (yes - THIRTY MINUTES) of request! A nice little performer with plenty of room to grow. They're purging inactive members soon, so get in and make a spend if you want to be a part.

Speaking of little guys like the MatrixDaily who don't have giant status, TotalRune continues to impress and chug along in the background as well. No slowdown on payments yet and you can cashout any day you want now, as long as it is seven day since your last cashout.

All The Other Stuff!

E-GoldRevolution - continues to impress me with their uniqueness. Got a spare $9? Try it. Better than the pokies, but it won't make you rich. It can build an impressive little side income with which to build other ventures though.

Well Gordon has said big (positive) changes are afoot at GM/VCShares/NES, but we are yet to see them. I'm sure they're on the way, just don't go expecting any specific timeframes, and if the admin gives one, don't hold your breath.

Call it 'the way of GM.' :) Tortoise wins the race.

BlueBanking/UdachuInvest

I stupidly ordered my debit card through BlueBanking instead of the UdachuInvest portion of the company, but just the other day I got an email out of the blue (pun intended!) saying my card had now been mailed. So let's see what happens - if that's true I could even receive it this coming week. UdachuInvest itself should post its first month's results on June 6th from what I can gather.

NS-FG are taking a breather and changing brokers, going more 'direct' one could say.

And of course... FX-Experts are kicking ass. If you're not a member - why not? If you are a member and you're about to lay out some cash on an obvious scam, why aren't you considering putting a little of that dosh towards FX-E?

Ciao y'all.

Global Mutual Merger

Sorry I've been a bit sporadic and lazy with updates over the past week or so, that'll probably continue for a week or so - real life has been taking precendence lately! Don't worry, this'll become a hive of frequent and mostly pointless updates again soon, but for now here's a tidbit:

Gordon posted that GM and GM VC Shares should be merging, right at this moment, and that in the next day or two as well, all the Neverending Stori problems should be sorted as well.

Take those timeframes with a grain of salt, but there it is for y'all!

Track My Gold

Well, I was written to by the admin of a site called Track My Gold.

It's an interesting little site that I won't write too much about here, as you can go find out the nitty gritty at the site yourself!

Anyway, it's basically a HYIP Monitor, community, and investment tracker all in one. It also allows you to input your referral links which will then be randomly chosen when the page is displayed, which might benefit some people greatly!

So anyway, check it out:

Track My Gold

HYIP News Compilation Site

There's this site that is compiling all the news from HYIP blog sites (I take it using RSS feeds or something similar) and serving them in the one spot...

Now I don't know whether this is a good or bad thing (they might steal all me traffic and no one feels the need to come here anymore when they can get my content served to them in bite sized pieces elsewhere!) but here it is anyway, sure to become a useful resource for some people:

Gold Zero HYIP News

Wired Surf Updates

Well, at the moment Wired are alternativley kicking ass and having some teething problems (which is to be expected.)

I am the victim of a teething problem: My payment was received but was many hundreds short! I then sent a ticket and received a reply and another payment within a day (I had two pending payouts) but - it's still many hundreds short!

So, another ticket has been whisked off to Support Wire on "Emergency." Let's see how it goes. I think my first ticket confused them and they thought I was referring to my other pending payout... not the paid one that had been paid incorrectly.

However, they are speedily slogging through this all, and here's the latest update:

"Wired Surf came back to life recently and with it came a tremendous amount of work required for full recovery. Since we went back online after an incredible DDOS attack that left us inaccessible for over a week, we have been doing our best to get payments out, update accounts, re-activate our surf bar and so much more.

Within the last 48 hours we have managed to pay out over $92,000 in payments, decreasing the number of pending payments immensely. We are continuing to work 12+ hours a day just in payments alone.

On top of this, we have worked within our administration center to ensure payments were rolled over (transferred into pending if needed) and have added the members count to our front page once again.. Furthermore, our surf bar is nearly ready to be re-activated and just to ensure people were credited for new upgrades while the surf was down, we ran the crediting script each morning and again at night.

We sure have made progress in a very short amount of time, but we aren't quite there yet. While we have absolutely NO doubt that we will not only completely come back to life, but we will solidify our network by demonstrating through our actions, rather than words, just how capable we are.

We have funds in our reserve pool and while the site was down we continued to generate revenue in which to pay our members. We have the ability to keep Wired Surf alive despite any obstacle we encounter, and so far, throughout our bumpy road this has included:

Surf bar problems
Script problems
EMO crashing with over $80,000.00 of our funds
A massive DDOS attack

Despite this and anything else we may encounter in the future, Wired Surf is more than prepared to resolve things, fix things and improve things. With your help, that is.

While the site was down it appeared that the external forums that discuss our program such as MMG (moneymakergroup.com) and TG (talkgold.com) were filled with complaints, frustrated posts and questions. However despite our relaunch and our constant desire to keep members updated, these forums are not being updated to include the facts:

We ARE a solid program

We ARE functional

We ARE paying

We ARE communicating

It is essential that members do their part in updating other people and spreading the word that we are really doing all that we can to restore the program that many of you really have come to respect and enjoy. Please, while we do our jobs, try to do yours.

Another way that you can help is by keeping yourself up to date. An email indicating some upsetting facts and statistics will be released momentarily and we ask that everyone take the time to read it. If you want to continue making money with us, it is imperative that you work with our community, and through simple methods you can increase our lifespan and ensure our ongoing prosperity, and yours! .. Stay tuned for an incoming email showing you how.

All the best,

Cameron
Wired Surf"

If they pay me the correct amount soon, and it is just a teething problem, and they continue to catch up at this astronomical rate, I think they'll have proven themselves a good anomaly and have a great chance at being around for quite a while yet.

Autosurf Updates - 16th May 2006

WiredSurf

Well, I received a payment from WiredSurf for a May 10th expiry... the problem is it doesn't match up to any of my pending payments and is missing quite a bit! They're going through a lot right now but there are a lot of people who are being paid correctly so I'll keep you posted on my status.

The Matrix Daily

The Matrix Daily continues to impress me as something a little different, and the referral commissions problem should be fixed now - I recieved mine. Morpheus stated that is has to do with members who DIDN'T activate their free $5!

CompactSurfing

Once again, I was paid out by Compact in less than a day. You go girl!

Total Rune

Yesterday was compounding day, and now people can cash out any day they want (as long as it's seven days since the last cashout.) Word is that everyone is still being paid extremely promptly! Total Rune - the little engine that could.

Updates - 15th May 2006

Sorry my updates have been sporadic and to the point, missing my usual randon rambling anti-charm lately but I'm a very busy beaver and will be for another week or so yet... But although the may be skeletal they're still coming thick and fast!

WiredSurf

Another update email from Wired, illustrating their plan for the next week. Let's see if they can pull it off:

"We have the following plan in place in order to recover our program and move ahead at a fast and steady pace:

Sunday: We continue to migrate parts of our website over, as well as re-testing the surf bar to ensure that NO previous problems ever appear again.

Monday: We begin payouts, and will ensure all accounts are rolled over and all accounts have been credited for every day of down time.

Tuesday: The surf bar will be re-activated and members will be able to surf every day. All members will receive credit UP until Tuesday.

We will also continue payments throughout the week until we are completely caught up. Rest assured that even without new member upgrades we are able to completely pay ALL members who are due, just like we did in the instance where EMO went down retaining over $80,000 of our funds.

Wednesday: We expect by mid week to have a large portion of payments covered, and the majority of accounts completely set up (crediting and roll over). We will begin to restructure our support center to have additional departments with special account managers available to help anyone who is continuing to experience problems with their accounts (credits not appearing, etc).

By next Monday we should have all payments completed, and the site completely back up and running as if it never went down. This is our estimated date of complete recovery although we will do our best to meet this goal before this date.

Of course, we will continue to keep you posted with a mass-email going out to all members EVERY day next week (starting Tuesday) with information on our progress in regards to payments and all other activity that affects your membership with Wired Surf.

PS: Make sure that you have a valid email address in your Wired Surf profile in order to ensure that you receive our mailings! "

Compact Surfing

...continue to kick ass! Released an update wishing people happy Mother's Day (aww, how nice!) and also mentioning that CompactPay is gearing up. The most important section of that update is of course the claim that CompactPay will never take over from E-Gold, much like Wired have stated about their in house debit card and payment processor.

Total Rune

Just some basic updates about acquiring a new server and what-not. Some reiteration about things. Only 3 sites were needed to surf for today/yesterday (depends on where you are in the world as to which day I'm talking about!)

Updates - 14th May 2006

Well, time for another bunch of updates.

Neverending Stori

There's reports of people being paid their owed interest for Nes. I take it this is part of the new round of 'test payments' as I myself haven't received any interest on any of my outstanding accounts yet. But at least we are seeing movement.

And voila, this brings me to...

Global Mutual
GmVCShares

As I've stated a few times, GmVCShares is the next priority, which Gordon reiterates in these two passages posted over the past week:

"YES Vcshares is the next priority,
In fact out Enterprise is going to mature into the pre- financial service phase in the next quarter.

All GMI services will have a single account in common, with a debit card that has Bank Wire, e-gold, technocash, ATM, POS(eftpos), and online purchase capacity.

There are currently two sources of income that we are waiting on as far as Vcshares is concerned.

IT states plainly that we are not strictly a hyip, But we are Venture Capital. and as early as April last year I explained the need for the VCshare system to come into play. In fact it is Vcshares which will pay the better income, in the long term.

Nevertheless I have already explained that last July to August we were very heavily ddossed and hacked and lost 18,000 USD to hackers.

It became necesary to change the way Aussie Mutual operated in Australia and so we had to shut down for 3-4 mths.

I have not been paid a wage all this time, but am still on a pension. I was almost able to come off it last year when we were hit by that barage.

You must understand that for me to operate, I must have Venture capital and all the huffing and puffing, recent scamming and spamming almost brought us to a halt again.

I am very much in your hands as you are in mine and we should try to operate together, not disfunctionally.

So by the end of this month, One venture should have done well, and the other, time can only tell.

So it means either, some profits end of May, or lots of profit. I honestly dont know which way the second venture will go.

Dont forget also we have moved servers twice in the last month, and I was not well, so untill some of the people out there pitch in like TJ, and we operate as a co-op instead of a rabble, we will continue to go up and down like a see saw.

There are now three pilots operations, run by independant GMI operatives. These are being tested and should bring help to bear on things shortly.

The Nescard will sell and the profits go to Vcshare holders.

If we can ever get the hosting right, that too should bring in some profits.

My IT is mostly in Australia now so its picking up well.

Nix is mostly out of it for now after some very distressful events in his life.

Remember STRICTLY SPEAKING we are a venture capital company, with a co-op style of membership.

Venture capital for the little people is not a goer in Australia or the US. That is why we are in Panama.

Personally I wish things had gone better than they have, for your sake and mine, but they are looking up.

Things are never as bad as they could possibly be, at least for most of us.

See ya in the arena,

Gordon"

"Shortly, GMI and Vcshares will merge into one site.

At that time the site must necessarily go down.
Some pays will be made just prior to upgrade.

A substantial payment is due shortly when the traders payout on a term deposit. Thats what we are all waiting for.

NES is almost back to normal.

Have a nice day"

The second passage reiterates the idea of merging which I think is a great idea and will make a lot of people happy. You know what they say - Two steps forward, one step back.

And here's a lengthier reiteration from Gordon in relation to GMVCShares:

"VCSHARES and GMI will almalgamate shortly into one program.

We announced this some time ago.

Access to vcshares and gmi will be via one login.
a number of new initiatives are on the way.

By the end of May, we will have a very good idea of what to expect and timing.

Its either two lots of good news or one lot.

GMI is looking for venture capital itself to fastrack our profit taking for members.

There are several pilot projects under way and a new ***** five star blue chip arrangement for holding accounts.

Our deadline MAX for all payments to dat in all programs is the 30th of June, or before.

One set of profits is due by end of May, and if that train comes in, we are good to pay end of May. If not, by End of June when the mortgage stuff cuts in.

The GMI NESCARD is designed and ready to submit.

I am trying to arrange for that to work on a mlm system.
We also have negotiations with a auto device company and it has the capacity to improve peterol consumption by 25-50% on vehicles. best to fit on a vehicle that has run out of warranty.

the gmi-vcshare holding account will be at rates way better than you can get in a bank, so thats the state of the union.

My health has picked up a bit, and AM has made some good business aquantances recently.

and
I feel good.

Please read up on the nature of venture capital. Do a search on the internet.

Good things are happening and its all for your sake."

Down To Business

There's been a lot happening with Down To Business. First up, TJ's business partner was experiencing some volatility so TJ changed the plan to 20% profit instead of 40%. Then the plan was changed to a weekly payout structure, and now the profit is back to 40%!

So, it's a volatile high-risk style of thing as I have elaborated upon, and is quite liquid. I'll skip all the changes and just bring you the goss on where it is at as of this writing:

140% (40% pure profit.) Payouts start on the 5th week - these payouts are 10% and continue until the 12th week, wherein which a business partner will receive 70%.

Wired Surf

Well, there’s been a few more little updates since the last Wired update, but now comes the most important one:

“We have finished migrating Wired Surf.com over to its new home (on two servers with Preventier and load balancing), however some of the other sites including surfingwire.com have not yet propogated yet, so they will appear shortly whenever they are finished updating.

We have also credited everyone for all surf days, so if you log into your account and see any surf days that are missing please submit a ticket indicating the exact day you were not credited for.

We have been moving at an amazing pace once we had the approval from RackSpace only this morning indicating that we were free to begin migration. We are now working on rolling over accounts that should have been set to pending and will enable the surf bar on Monday morning. Everyone will receive credit for tomorrow and Monday before the surf bar is back online.

We are also weeding through tickets and have set up an organized plan to deal with pending payments and tickets, starting Monday morning. Today and tomorrow we will use that time to test the surf script, organize tickets, ensure all accounts have been credited and once again, roll over accounts that need to be set to pending.

We ask that you refrain from posting tickets regarding anything other than missed surf days. Tickets indicating pending payments, late payments or accounts that haven’t been rolled over will not be addressed until Monday morning. Once again, at this time we are working on crediting accounts and those are the only tickets that should be submitted.

You can expect Surfingwire up later this evening where you will be able to visit our forum once again and talk to our support representatives as well as other members. In the meantime, we thank you for your patience (and we really understand just how difficult it’s been), and we look forward to recovering our program and moving ahead at a tremendous pace!

PS: To be really blunt, yes our site is back, and it’s back for good =)”

So yes, they’re back, apparently, and if this isn’t some part of some elaborate exit strategy, Wired should start kicking into gear over the next few days again.

Cool, no? Hopefully. :)

Autosurf Updates - 11th May 2006

Total Rune

Total Rune continues to quickly edge itself into the arena of my ‘favourite autosurfs.’

I requested my first cashout this week and it happened promptly, within 24 hours. TotalRune is experiencing steady but not explosive growth which I think is great, and leave plenty of room to explode. They continue to be my quiet little engine that could.

Here’s some highlights from their latest round of updates (they actually are quiet communicative and send a fair few emails!)

- Cashout/Compounding Day is now Monday.
- There’s been some server issues which have made surfing excruciatingly slow. They are working on it and their suggestion is to try surfing later in the day (which is fair enough because most people - myself included unfortunately! - always seem to want to log in to surfs and surf immediately after the day change-over, which floods the server.)

Here’s an update in relation to the slowness:

“Over the last 2 weeks we have been experiencing unusual hacking attempts, activities and exploit attempts. Simply put we have disabled and even deleted the websites we host causing the problems.

The scripts that Total Rune and Instant Money Flow use were put into a position that caused them to lag bad. We have since found the problems and IP’s associated with the problems. Over the next week you may still find some hang up time while surfing your sites. We are changing the way the scripts are set up, installing newer security modules and changing some hardware on the servers we run.

If you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask.

Shaun ”

A cool tidbit on cashouts, which I’m sure will entice a lot of people:

“Until further notice the Cashout Butoon will be OPEN at ALL TIMES.

You can request a cashout anytime you meet the minimum
balance, and it has been 7 days in between your last cashout request.
Until further notice Compounding will be open on Mondays for 24 Hrs. like it was this week.”

Total-Rune also experinced an E-Gold problem where the wrong amount (i.e. MORE) adpacks were being bought for the wrong amount of E-Gold (e.g. Someone buys 10 adpacks, gets 15.) E-Gold is back open now and the problem should be fixed.

WiredSurf

They're meant to be back up now. They are back up for me but they are still doing it bit by bit so you may not see your account reflecting everything correctly yet. Give them a little time to sort these things out.

Here's the official buzz from their forum:

"Now that our site is back (YAY!!!), we have to work together to get things back on track. Here is what we need each member to do: If you are missing a payment, such as an Insta Pay or regular payment that is due, please submit a ticket and include ALL of the following: Your username The amount you are due Your e-gold account number If you were paid previously when our site was up and down but you are missing a portion of your payment because a surf day wasn’t credited before we paid you, please contact us via the help desk and let us know the amount you are missing along with your egold account number. If you are waiting on an Insta Pay payment but see an incorrect amount pending, please let us know immediately, before your payment is sent out. You will not be charged for using Insta-Pay for this week. If you have an account where your days have not yet been credited PLEASE do not submit a ticket at this time. We will be mass crediting users all day, so please give it 24 hours to see the update in your account. If you are still missing surf days after tomorrow morning, please submit a ticket at that time indicating the exact days you are missing. We will NOT restore the surf bar until Monday. This gives us time to ensure that our site will function properly, therefore you will be credited for all surf days from May 1st through until May 7th (in advance). You will be able to surf again on Monday morning (server time). Please follow the instructions above to ensure that there are no delays in restoring your account through inaccurate or missing information. If you follow the instructions and include all information that is needed, we will get your account fixed even faster."

PhoenixSurf

Phoenix paid me for a 28th of April non-fasttrack expiry, yesterday. I remain in with test spends now, but the compulsory debit card and their attitude has turned me off, amongst many other things that I won't harp on about lest I sound like a broken record (seeing as I've mentioned them many times previously.)

They're also victim of a new attack. Here's the goss:

"Dear Phoenixsurf Members,

This is very important! There are emails going around stating that it is from us and the content of emails looks like below:

"Dear 'member's name here',

Due to the several cases of hacked Phoenixsurf accounts, our team has implemented a few additional security measures, aiming to improve the safety of our members.
Apart from the IP detection routine that is currently active on our server, we have decided to request a manual confirmation of each upgrade, larger than 1000USD, that is done through our system. Our records indicate that you have one pending payout, based on upgrade, eligible for confirmation:

ID: 12345

Expired on: 2006-05-01

Amount: $1234.56

You will have to manually confirm that you, the legit owner of the account, have done this upgrade. Please download the attached form, unzip it (it is a self-extracting WinZIP archive) and fill it out to authenticate yourself as the genuine user of the account. Failure to accomplish that will result in the upgrade funds being REFUNDED to your e-gold account on record, without the 15% daily commission and any referral commissions for the upgrade period. Thank you for your cooperation and for being a part of the Phoenix community.

Regards,

The Phoenixsurf.com Team"

Name of the Attached file look like this:
"upgrade_confirmation_form.exe"

Please DELETE this email immediately! This email is not from us and it is completely false."

FX Experts Issue: Resolved

There was an issue the prior week about people not getting their payments from FX-Experts.

It was quickly ascertained that these people were the ones who received a double payment a few weeks prior - the only problem being that those who returned the overpayment still weren’t paid.

Well, Marcos is aware of the problem and has said the following:

“Some people have sent me back the overpayment using the deposit form. I usually check all the deposits in my egold history with a MEMO different from “FX-Experts Deposit”.
If you sent me back the overpayment, and your profit payment is still pending, please send me an e-mail with the BATCH NUMBER of the overpayment.
I will try to correct all the issues today. Payments still in pending need to be checked.
Thank you all”

Nice. (That was a pretty basic post and all, wasn’t it?)

FX-Experts

Well, here's a tidbit:

Some people are reporting not having received their E-Gold withdrawals for this week from FX-Experts (though most have.)

Sources claim that they have spoken to Marcos and it is to do with the double-payment of a few weeks ago, and this is accounts being adjusted accordingly - fair enough! That sounds like a logical and reasonable explanation though if I hear any more I'll share with y'all of course.

Chancer's Marketplace Round Two!

Yes, time for another shameless "Chancer's Marketplace."

This time however I bring you a much newer product that I also love dearly. (And I don't love many Ebooks dearly, but this one has enough incentives, bonuses and support of a great program that I just gotta share it with y'all!)

ZipSense Unleashed!

Ooh, I like the title. Makes it sound meatily masculine. I added the UNLEASHED part myself by the way!

I’m a supporter of Got-Zip. It’s a company that is aiming to give us - the affiliates - a chance to share in the revenue of sales geographically.

You sign up as a resident or prospector and get a stake in some land - the US at the moment (prospectors don’t have to live in the area to get a stake, so us overseas-bound people can still be part!) Then, whenever someone goes to the Got-Zip site or any of the other sites in the network and makes a purchase from the zip code/county/state that you may have a stake in, you get a share of the profits.

Very cool, with unlimited potential like a Google or an Amazon. A simple and unique concept - one of those things where you think to yourself: Why hasn’t anyone done this before?

As I said, it’s in its infancy and is experiencing steady (yet not explosive for some reason!) growth. Dan, the admin, has so many things going on with the Got-Zip network it’s not funny. The great thing is however, that when he implements something, it is never half-assed, always makes sense and is always well-thought-out (unlike the other sites you see floating around the web.)

Which brings us to ZipSense, his new riff on AdSense. (Both the propgrams and thoughts about it.)

See, us Got-Zippers get monthly commissions from revenue generated. As the site is growing, those commissions are mainly derived from AdSense.

Well Dan got up and thought: “What if I shared my thoughts on Adsense - which I have a lot of great experience in, and also derived my own geographically targetted versions of Adsense!”

And that’s what ZipSense is.

So I thought I’d pop in and show you his new ebook about ZipSense. He’s calling it a ZBook.

I always like to support Dan, and think this has got a lot of potential, and whatever he writes is usually worth a read.

So check out ZipSense

Not enough reason to check out ZipSense?

Here are the cool parts:

1. Some of the sales go back to Got-Zip as sales to be paid out to the appropriate areas! So it’s helping improve Got-Zip.
2. If you buy the book you get the following very cool deal:

A FREE TWO YEAR SUBSCRIPTION TO GOT-ZIP amongst other things!

What are the other things? Well besides a packed book full of cool AdSense tips (I hold this book as being just as cool as things like The Rich Jerk and whatnot with more incentive to buy) you get other Got-Zip bonuses, other free EBook downloas, free ZipLinks (links that you can display for free all over Got-Zip which is a growing, burgeoning site as I’m sure you’ve all gathered from my glowingingneneness by now!)

To put it in marketing speak:

“100’s of Rapid Fire Tips to help you Earn More and Save More..

A 2 Year Subscription to one of the Most Innovative Internet Marketing Concepts online today..

A Guaranteed Commission every Month for 2 Years.

A Chance to have your Link Randomly Displayed for 2 years on 1000’s of Webpages (including this one).

Access to our Private Forum where we’ll be adding more tips and benefits regularly.”

And there’s more!

Check out the write up here: ZipSense.

(An EBook… sorry, a ZBook I actually like and don’t think is a waste of money! It’s also a subscription to Got-Zip, which I think, above all the other bonuses that come with the book, is the best part of it all.)

I’d tell y’all to check out Got-Zip, but by purchasing ZipSense you ARE checking out Got-Zip with a whole bunch of extras as well so I’ll just say check out ZipSense!

*end public service announcment*

Autosurfs Update - 9th May 2006

Lots of little random updates today.

WiredSurf

Claim they're back up, though they are for me yet. I take it they actually are now, and I'll see a working site later in the day.

MatrixDaily

There's been some minor SNAFUs (problems) with the new referral system and the program in general, I have been assured that Morpheus and his crew of Matrices are working on fixing this and that all unpaid ref. comms will be doled out to people. Just a minor glitch due to the fact the new system requires a lot of new code.

Total Rune

Well it's nearly the end of cashout/compound day and I did a little of both. These guys continue to be my silent yet cool achiever of the autosurf world!

Compact Surfing

Let's turn this into a MMG thread for a minute - I was paid!

I kid, I kid, they actually have an update as well:

"Thank you for making Compactlottery's first week a success. Nearly 800 have joined Compactlottery and we look forward to more of you joining and testing your luck with it. As promised, there were many winners as we hope to set our lottery apart from other lotteries where only a few win the majority of the prizes. As stated in the FAQ, the distribution of rewards is set by myself and the rest of the administration team following agreement as to how we feel prizes should be sent so as to ensure that your chances of winning are high. You can view the first week's winning ticket numbers by clicking on "Weekly Lucky Numbers" in your Compactlottery Member Control Panels. If you won anything, you will notice the value shown in your Account Balance if you click on "Account Details." You can request cashout from your Account Balance up to three times per month, and though there is no record of the pending cashout viewable, our database will monitor such requests and we ensure that the payments will be made within 7 days.

Continue to spread the word about Compactlottery and congratulations to all of you who won. You can participate in this week's lottery by clicking on "Buy Tickets", and you can either purchase directly from your Egold Account or from your Account Balance. For example, if your Account Balance is 10 USD, you can purchase 2 tickets by clicking on "Buy Tickets" and then typing in "2" under the box "Pay From Account Cash Balance."

Expect more news to come later this week regarding the status of Compactpay and other updates about the Network."

Phoenix Surf

I continue to have a pending payout in these guys, as well as keeping a test spend in, though as I said, there's been a lot of yellow - red flags lately. I personally would recommend no more than a test spend (though a continuing minimum spend is wise if you are already in, just in case they rip the robes off and reveal they are the holy grail or something!)

"We hope that everyone had a great weekend. The leadership team of NME met last weekend to discuss the current state of affairs and the overall image on the company.

As a company, we are doing better than ever before. Our growth rates are great, our finances are better than any point in business history, and our ever-expanding staff is progressing through their training very well.

Now, there appear to be a few concerns out there about Phoenixsurf. We would like to take the time to address those now:

1. The DDOS attack did set us back in terms of payouts. This does not mean that we do not have enough money to pay our members their commissions. Everyone will be paid the EXACT amount of what they are owed. For your current cash out (and only your current cash out) there is a possibility that it will arrive 1-2 days after the normal 7 business days. This will be a one time occurrence if it happens at all. We will be completely ahead of egold payments by the end of this week.

We appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter. All of the time and money we have just spent to make Phoenixsurf.com incredibly secure and protected was done with our members in mind. PS has always responded to our members needs and gone to great lengths to please our members. We are proud to say that we believe we have earned your patience as we go from attacked to ahead of schedule once again.

2. Those with account issues: If you have submitted a support ticket about a particular account issue, it is being reviewed at this time. We have been flooded by false claims from those complaining about not being credited for surf holidays or incorrect cash out etc. These false claims have caused us to look at every individual case. For our members operating with integrity and they know that your account issues (if you have any) will be fixed as always. Please advise your referrals to submit a ticket only if they have legitimate issues as the false claims slow the system down for everybody.

3. In preparation for the integration of our debit card payment option into the PS system, we had moved a large portion of our funds to this account. This is the only reason members might see a slight delay in their egold cashouts as we move funds back in to complete all payouts.

4. Why are some people not upgrading at the moment?

A large portion of our members have purchased the new NME debit card. They have also done a great job following our instructions and have funded their cards in preparation for the cards to be a viable payment option. This is scheduled to happen this week so again, thank you to our members who have been so proactive in this process!

Summary:
. As a company, we are more stable than ever before
. Financially, we are completely sound
. Legally, we are doing great
. The site is running smoothly
. Our staff is expanding and the training process is going great
. We are completely on track to start offering tickets to our convention in July (more on that in a later email)
. We are almost done with 2 other sites in the NME network. Yes you read that correctly, TWO other sites in the NME network that will blow you away!

Together in Success,

NME"

That update may be beholden to some spin, some guff and some shady statements that I don't exactly believe, but boy, they sure do write a good update don't they?

As I said, these guys are on my relative blacklist, however, it's not like I'm jumping ship COMPLETELY.

And that's it, a big day in the north *ahem*, I mean a big day in the autosurf world!

Strange Days

Here's a thought for you all - the mentality of HYIPers/Autosurfers.

I'm sure y'all will see me write many articles about these things in the coming months but in the meantime (that is - today) let's have a look at a recent case study.

WiredSurf Vs. PhoenixSurf.

Now, PhoenixSurf claimed they had a DDOS. There's a big conspiracy floating around there out in the ether that they DIDN'T actually have a DDOS.

Now, WiredSurf are having a DDOS. Everyone seems pretty much agreed that it IS a DDOS.

Now, when PhoenixSurf went down, the forums and the general community were full of cheerleaders claiming they rule and that they'll be back, despite the following:

1. Strong cases for the fact that they were not having a DDOS. (Making them liars.)
2. The introduction of a debit card and placing everything in house and under NME's control.
3. Staff members rude to people in forums, actively seeking to attack members and fostering a cult mentality (remind you of... Oh, I don't know... MPDW anyone?)
4. Partial payments, missing surf holidays, missing referral commissions and people who weren't FastTracked paying FastTrack fees.

Now, Wired have a DDOS. People are saying it's the end, and that they don't update, and that they're gone.

Let's look at Wired:

1. Strong cases for the fact they were/are having a DDOS. Members even rung Rackspace to confirm.
2. Wired have stated clearly that they won't introduce a debit card or anything of the like that REPLACES E-Gold!
3. Staff members kind and courteous to all, instead of trying to make an insane cult, they have fostered a feeling of community where everyone is welcome, with no 'like it or lump it' attitudes.
4. They have stated the InstaPay fee will be dropped for members affected.

Another attack used against Wired is saying they've run and aren't giving us updates. Uh... Wired have a frequently updated blog. The staff comment quickly and courteously there. Updates were posted just earlier today (scroll down the page to get it fed to you Northern Calm style!)

So this begs the question - WiredSurf, in the eyes of the informed punter, are doing everything RIGHT yet Phoenix are on the blacklist.

Yet Phoenix has the most vocal community (cult of cheerleaders) who think they are the second coming.

Wired has a generally polite community where everyone is welcome (relatively) and doesn't have the same penetration of vocal members. Instead they tend to engage in somewhat reasoned discussion. Members even post suggestions and aren't shot down by Wired staff.

Yet if you were to go on the vocal majority you'd think Phoenix was Top Gun pulling All The Right Moves (Tom Cruise Alert.)

Community is something the more informed of us strive for. The rabid herds who get dollar signs in their eyes however cling to a program as if letting go will cause them to die.

Cult Vs. Community - It's worth thinking about.

And guys, remember, they're just autosurfs! :) :)

Wired... Nearly Back

Apparently! Hopefully.

Not many updates for a while as not much has been happening.

Here's an overview of some basic stuff:

NSFG - Received latest email/newsletter. It was a 0% month in April, as I'm sure you all know by now.

UdachuFund - Received my statement.

And now onto WiredSurf:

Here's their latest update.

"Our messages have been rather strange lately, with announcements that our site was online only to have it taken back offline shortly after. The reason for this is because RackSpace informed us on two seperate ocassions that our site was back online, without having fully explained that the protection that was installed on the server can take up to three days to be active.

They do not want to make the site accessible until the protection is fully implemented. We are being informed that this can take up to 72 hours (three days) to be in full effect.

In light of this, it seems that we should all expect the site back online, without further problems, on Tuesday."

Most importantly, here's a second tidbit:

"We will begin paying out the moment the site is back and stable. People with regular pending payments and InstaPay will all be paid with no fees, not even the regular 1% charge.

Please keep your faith in Wired Surf. We haven't been given the chance yet to show you just how strong we are, but once we rise above this (and we will in a big way), there will be no question that our intentions are to stay around for a long time to come AND that we have the means to do so."

So guys, not long now. Sit tight. I actually have 80 - 90% faith they'll be back on time and pay for months to come yet.

And they say no news is good news so the last few days musta been pretty darn good!

Wired Surf Back/Still Down

Wired Surf are back down again, after being up but unable to surf yesterday, but it appears they are getting there. The following is all pretty self explanatory, so I'll just let y'all read it as is:

"We are still experiencing problems, however we need all members to understand the following:

1- If you were paid short (via Insta pay), it is because we had the page loaded up before the site had crashed. We thought we would go ahead and make payments on all Insta Pays, however because the site was not available the night that your payment went into pending, it might have been short one day. If that's the case, submit a ticket and we will ensure it is taken care of. This isn't something we could control because we couldn't credit accounts for the missing days due to inaccessibility to the administration area.

2-Our site is in the hands of RackSpace, and we can only wait for updates from them. We will however be crediting for every single surf day that you are missing, and will complete all pending payments as soon as the site comes back online.

3-We have seen at least one person complain saying that they were paid for an Insta Pay payment within five days instead of 48 hours. These types of posts just aren't true, as we pay for Insta Pay payments every day, provided our site is accessible to us. If you were paid within five days and believe you should have been paid in 48 hours, you need to activate Insta Pay from within your members center whenever you gain access. If you haven't enabled it prior to your payment going to pending, this is the reason you are not being paid within 48 hours. Only those who activate Insta Pay are obviously included in that program.

We are waiting for a response from Rack Space this morning, as when our team attempted to get a head start today by logging in early, the site is acting like it did while under the attack. We will post updates whenever they are available, but we do ask that you are patient with us. We are handling this as best as we can, and since it is out of our control, the only thing we can do is keep in touch with RackSpace and let you know what is happening."

Wired Surf

Yes, there's been some WiredSurf downtime, and here's the official scoop.

They had a DDOS attack. Here's the good part:

"It looks as though RackSpace has stopped the attack and we're back in business. Our surf bar will be activated this morning and you will be back to surfing.

Usually DDOS attacks can take a site down for days, but this shows just how capable and professional the team at RackSpace is, and we're truly appreciative."

They also have another fun little incentive:

"The Cash Box Program

Our team has created a member appreciation program, that we've called, THE CASH BOX. This program rewards members with cash prizes as well as free coupons enabling the to use the Insta Pay program at no cost.

If you would like to find out what our new member appreciation program is all about, please visit this thread for details:

http://www.surfingwire.com/forum/showthread.php?t=1753

We have a feature page displaying the Cash Box program as well as a special question and answer sheet set up for those who want more information.

The Cash Box program does not cost you anything and you are not required to do ANYTHING in order to win cash, other than to stay active.

Here's to a new month and an exciting summer ahead!

Something To Replace Stormy Surf?

After a period of deliberation, I finally made the splash into Matrix Daily.

Stormy Surf was high on my punt list but I never shared it here on the site as I got in it towards the end and wasn't confident enough to bandy it about just yet, and by the time I was I was seeing some yellow/red flags.

Now that Stormy's bitten the dust (all things 'Storm' eh? I think the name has bad karma) I was looking for something to replace my 'fun thing' and I found an autosurf.

Why an autosurf? Well much like Stormy it started life as an autosurf but is now an "autosurf without the surf!"

But before I get to the Matrix Daily I thought I’d give an overview of why I’m into yet another surf.

Well, my top three are Total Rune, Compact Surf and Wired Surf.

For me Phoenix is out of the picture (besides a minimal spend just in case) so I replaced it with Total Rune.

Stormy Surf is out of the picture (for now at least) so I’m replacing it with Matrix Daily, mainly because it’s interesting and has a similar base concept, and a good record as well.

Matrix Surf requires you to surf one site a day - that is, click one ad link.

A unique and interesting spin that Matrix has is the Red Pill/Blue Pill system.

If you make a spend with the blue pill, you get 5% a day for 25 days.

However you can also make a spend with the Red Pill, which is yielding much better results for people as of now:

May 1st 2006: 5%
Apr 30th 2006: 6%
Apr 29th 2006: 10%
Apr 28th 2006: 7%
Apr 27th 2006: 7%
Apr 26th 2006: 5%
Apr 25th 2006: 8%
Apr 24th 2006: 5%
Apr 23rd 2006: 5%
Apr 22nd 2006: 5%
Apr 21st 2006: 5%
Apr 20th 2006: 5%

Basically, it pays between 1 - 15% daily, for 25 days. Cool and unique spin.

Matrix has kept it simple, continues to pay out extremely quickly and is old school insofar that you can get a “free $5 for signing up!”

In fact it pays out so quickly that payout requests are paid out automatically EVERY 30 MINUTES.

That’s about all there is to it - it’s my new “StormySurf.” Except it’s flashier.

A little tidbit off the main page that makes me like them that bit much more: “For the first few months The Matrix Daily is in PHASE 1 where it goes through rapid expansion and is able to pay higher return rates.”

They know they’re an autosurf, and to quell overload too quickly, rates will possibly decrease after a few months. Fair enough!

It’s a bet, it’s a gamble, but I believe it’s a good one. They’re only at 12,000 members so there’s plenty of room to grow and explode. Remember how big the likes of Studiotraffic and 12DP got before they started seeing troubles?

And that’s enough autosurfs for me for now! (Back to my ‘real’ programs now I’ve just been having a bit of fun in things like this and EGoldRevolution lately!)

Matrix Daily.

Got the guts to take the Red Pill?

(Did I mention the fact it has a cool little seemingly custom script as well that’s a bit different? Aww, ain’t it cute! Or how about the fact the few ads I have viewed aren’t the same run of the mill ads I’ve seen everywhere else - though that could be luck of the draw… Either way. It’s something different!

Interview With The Gordon

(You know, like Anne Rice.)

I spoke to Gordon yesterday via phone for a general chat. He's got a lot of things on his mind at the moment, and had just arrived at work when I called him.

There were a few ideas brought up, for the future, that can't be mentioned here. Some I like, some not as much, but all are interesting and different. None of the ones I can't mention really relate to GM, VCShares or NES directly.

What did I learn? A few tidbits and updates really.

Neverending Stori

As you know, the NeverendingStori has faced a plague of troubles. However, now with a local IT guy in place, it looks like it's about to get operational again.

The NES account that is traded has grown quite sizeable since its inception, and the concept is working fine so far.

One problem during the downtime has been the script automatically doling out incorrect payments to people. This was why we were getting reports of people being sporadically paid (incorrect amounts, both lesser and larger.)

Depending on how the program goes, there may be a daily withdrawal limit placed. One number thrown around was $20 a day. Gordon was only speculating, and hasn't decided, but even $20 a day at worst case scenario is still bloody good off $100 I think!

Let's see how it goes.

Global Mutual

He has also started paying out GMI members again. (I can confirm this!)

GMI VC Shares

After this, the focus will be on GMVCShares members - finally, I hear many of you saying.

The plan still stands to make GMVCShares the main focus of members, and amalgamate accounts. He is undecided to what extent - but we may even see eXtreme accounts ported over to GMVCShares.

I personally think this would eliminate a lot of the clutter, and confusion people feel.

Many of you might be thinking right now - but VCShares are worthless!

Not so, Gordon feels. He understands that as of now many of you are stressed and think they are just numbers on a screen.

However, in his words, 'once the big payouts come the VC Shares will fly!'

Consolidating most if not all of the program into a 'flying' VC Shares becomes a much more tasty prospect. I don't expect miracles or anything, but I hold out (quite reasonable) hope that my VCShares are going to be a killer little opportunity in the coming year or more.

One problem Gordon addressed - in relation to unsatisfied investors - is that (paraphrasing) 'what they have to understand is that it's a high risk investment.'

That may be so, and the terms have always been liquid as per the Terms and Conditions you agree to when you sign up at the site, but unfortunately, by providing plans that superficially have a fixed interest, people are going to get into an uproar, believing GM is not living up to its end of the bargain.

Fine print in the User Agreement versus easily-read weekly percentages: I know which one is going to win out in the eyes of many a consumer.

That's why I look forward to VC Shares kicking off and hopefully killing confusion as well - by not 'promising' some fixed interest rate (which is not so much fixed if you read the fine print) and doling out dividends based on performance, I think there'll be a lot less complaints, confusion and attacks.

And if it does fly - I think there'll be a lot more happy GMers as well.

So don't give up hope guys and gals, this old bird is always catching a gust of wind, and continues to soar (despite the dives.) At least, as far as we can tell, for all intents and purposes - it's a REAL HYIP! :)

Look who's back... NES is back...

Yes, I just paraphrased Eminem. You'd think I'd quote Dante's Inferno or something, but instead you're going to have to put up with lame pop culture puns!

I spoke to Gordon yesterday. Look back for an update on that later today (what I can share at least.) I just have to type the damn thing. Or... you could always go subscribe to the RSS feeds!

In the meantime, The Editor has released the following update (which gels with what I learnt yesterday):

“As you know,
NES has been facing IT troubles.
We are almost completed fixing problems,
thankyou for you patience.

A number of test payments will be made shortly, after which accounts will be credited accrued interest.

My Apologies for the delays,

Hang in there,

but not by your neck,

Ed”

Nice, the NeverendingStori continues to never end… I’ve got some nice accrued interest in some of my accounts so I’ll keep y’all posted on how it goes.

It’s been a long slog but hopefully a rewarding one.

Totally Rune Digest

Well the Total Rune newsletters/updates have been coming thick and fast – and poor old little Chancer didn’t realize it. See, they were getting filtered immediately to my junk account as I was using a different e-mail provider to the usual.

The longer I’m in TotalRune, the more respect I get for them as that solid and respectable work horse in the background. Sure, they’ll go belly up eventually (presumedly) as all autosurfs do, but for now I think they have a lot, in fact a great deal of room for expansion, explosion and growth. Simple, unassuming and dependable.

So for those who missed it, here’s a rundown of the updates from the past week or so.

On April 27th, an update was issued which contained the following important information:

“Hello everyone,

Hope you’re all doing good. I know we are!

Just wanted to touch base with everyone, and let you know things are going very good.”

Yes, well there was some juicier stuff in there including:

They have issued a debit card. With a minimum of fuss. (Hey, Phoenix Surf and co., care to take note?) Some of the most important queries include the fact that you don’t need to buy the debit card to continue to be a member of Total Rune.

Got that? You don’t NEED the debit card! It’s just a secondary option that was released with a minimum of fuss.

Colour me impressed. Ever heard of the little engine that could?

“We are still keeping our processors until we see the need to get rid of any or all of them.”

Sure, it may be some grand strategy to ditch the processors in the future, but if that is the plan it’s not a forseeable future. (As in, it’s a long way away.)

“The debit cards merely give you another option, besides the convenienve of being able to take any money you have in any of our processors, including paypal, or your cash balance and put it directly on the card…which is available to you at the ATM Machine or use it ANYWHERE Master Card is accepted.”

Remember folks this is not your average POS virtual debit card. These are Master Card Branded, with your name on them. It is FDIC insured, and requires no credit check or bank account attached.

We will be designing a website which will allow you to:

-Purchase the cards directly from us

-Load your card via any of our processors, including Paypal

Unfortunately we are not finished with that yet, so like I said for now these debit cards are available and I have decided to keep the price at $24.95 for good.”

A debit card I actually like (or at least don’t hate and want to beat with a stick?) I didn’t even REALIZE Total Rune had a debit card. That’s how much I like it. 

As of this update they also streamlined the payouts on payout days. Multiple cashouts are now piled into one to cut down work.

Next update came on the 30th of April. It included some payout instructionals that I might just share with you all here to pad my word count. thumbs up

And, again on April 30th:

“Hello,

-I HAVE AN IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT TO MAKE-

As or right now we cannot payout via Uniclear.

We are sorry for the inconvenience but I have had it up to my neck with Uniclear.

If you were a Uniclear User we need you to either compound this week or cashout via Alertpay.

The reason you cannot cashout via egold as apposed to Alertpay is b/c many members seem to have no regard for rules, and cashed out via egold, when they never once purchased using egold.

Hence leaving us with a shortage of Egold on our end.

We will also not be accepting Uniclear ANYMORE and Alertpay is next on my list.

As for now tho, we will continue to accept Egold, AlertPay, and Debitcards/CC’s

Down the road sometime we will definitely be dropping Alertpay.

As far as I can see Egold is here to stay.

Your cashouts have been been deleted, please resubmit a new one via ALERTPAY OR COMPOUND.

You are also welcome to wait for Uniclear to get their heads out of there a$$.

Thank you for your time, understanding, and support.”

Nice update. A yellow flag? I think not. The admin gives members the option to cashout via Alertpay instead, or compound, which I love. It’s not some ultimatum.

And most importantly: As far as I can see Egold is here to stay.

Getting rid of payment processors like Alertpay and Uniclear is a great idea. Stick with E-Gold, cos it’s the bom’, yo!

And on the first of May:

“Hello again,

Just wanted to let everyone know we are NOT planning on dropping Alertpay as fast as I made it sound.

Sorry to get everyone excited. Yes I personally would rather you use egold or the debit cards, but Alertpay happens to just rub me the wrong way.

Dont worry AP is not going anywhere so fast.

You do not HAVE TO GET THE DEBIT CARDS like some of these sites make it.

Some of you will take advantage of it, and some wont.

Thank you again,

Paul”

Well thus ends TotalRune Digest.

I’m impressed so far. They’re creeping up my autosurf list (definitely past Phoenix Surf) and have taken up residence just below Compact and Wired as my current favourites.

Though, like I said – they’re just autosurfs. Always consider something the seemingly legit programs like FX-Experts and co., as autosurfs, are, well, all ponzis. Just prolonged partial ponzis that can last longer and you can make a better educated guess on than a straight up HYIP ponzi.

Of course, an autosurf could come along and prove me wrong!

But until then, like ole’ Chancer says:

Guilty until proven innocent.

Well that was a nice juicy update. Keep coming back, y'all, and subscribe to the RSS feeds or something. I provide enough updates for it, that's for sure! :p

PixMeUp - Rebooted?

Well, it's more of an evolutionary nudge, but they're calling it an reboot.

Here’s the PixMeUp update:

“Hello PixMeUp Team,

We have just launched lots of new features and new groups are about to start pouring into the company, those gold spots are about to start flying again.

We are really sorry that we had so many issues but when we got off to such a fast start a lot of the things that had to be done we depended on others and not everything worked as planned. Not to worry because everything has been fixed and we have lots of new tools and ways for you to make money on top of the awesome opportunity we already had with PixMeUp.

If I gave all of the details of everything that have just been launched with PixMeUp you would be reading this for about an hour so I’m just going to give a run down of a lot of the new features and we’ll be sending out more emails with additional details as well as covering a lot of things in depth on Conference calls.

Some of the new features are….

The New PixApp

The New PixApp with Mr.Pixter is up and running, you can read about it and download it from your PixMeUp Members area. This is going to be an incredible tool to help you build your PixMeUp business.

Part of the PixApp is our new FREE $1000 a week lottery. Just enter your 4 numbers and we will do a drawing every week. If nobody wins it carries over to the next week and continues to go up until someone wins.

There are lots of features to the PixApp but to help you build your business we built in a send a friend tool, anyone you send it to has a huge incentive to download it because they also get to enter the FREE $1000 weekly lottery.

New 3X10 Monthly Residual Matrix

The one thing that everybody wants that gets into Network Marketing is Monthly Residual Income. We have started our New Customer Program. Part of this is a $25 Monthly Business Program, you will be paid on all $25 MBM sales in your organization along with over rides on all Retail Sales in your downline through the New 3X10 Monthly Residual Matrix.

You must be on the $25 MBM to be paid on sales in your organization, also all new Rep’s that join PixMeUp from this point forward all go on the MBM program automatically. This will get your monthly check building right away.

To set up your MBM log in to your PMU Members Area on the right side under where it shows your sponsor you will see a section in Red, click there and it will walk you through getting it setup.

We have also set it up so you can pay for 6 months or 12 months up front and you can do it with money from your PixMePay account, that way you never have to worry about your payment not going through, we don’t ever want someone to lose a check.

On Saturday we will be doing a training call on all of the new features and doing questions and answers. We’ll be sending out emails to explain more of the new features as well. Make sure to get lots of new people on the calls this week.

I hope everyone enjoyed the little break because we’re pushing this back to Hyper Momentum. We have huge plans and goals and we hope you want to be part it.

Watch your emails and we’ll see you on the calls.

Thanks
The PixMeUp Team”

What struck me about this update, a little different to the past updates is the following: those gold spots are about to start flying again.

Does that mean that those of us with Gold Centers who joined up in the prelaunch expecting at least some evidence of matrix spillover and continued spillover, rather than just a blank screen, may see some movement? Is there still hope for a few extra bucks?

Maybe I’m reading too much into one line, but they’re still around, paying, and working to make the program better (advertising searches, etc.) Now if they can come full circle after forgetting about their promises to Gold Center holders and actually give us a little free passive love, it’d be a miracle, but a welcome one.
